It is listed on Viki under licensed Cdramas. The MdL app doesn't let me link to the comment from yesterday, where a link on Viki is shared. (Scroll down to yesterday's comments) I expect, that Viki will bring the drama with the usual delay as a secondary streaming platform.
I was just checking Viki, if it is under "coming soon". Zero results 😬. You have seen it? Since it's a Mango TV show, I hope, that Viki will pick it up.
on MDL 7.5 to 8.1 are good dramas. Ratings of 8.5 to 9 tend to be overrated.
At the end it always depends on the personal taste of the viewer, if he/she deems a show overrated or not. My impression is, the rating depend on the viewer count too. The more people are watching and rating, the numbers go up, if the drama is good. Only around 900 (current number) is still too low. The correlation gets more visible with more popular dramas during the airing time. If the show is good, the ratings are climbing with the number of watchers.
Only on episode 16, but I am pretty fed up with the siblings. They're both such tools! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 Mao with zero awareness, that his actions are completely manipulated by the grand tutor. And his Bambi eyed sister, urgh. Does she have another facial expression beside eyes as big as saucers caught in headlights? Bambi on screen is seriously testing my patience. *huff*😅😂😂 Sorry, but I needed to vent a little. Now back to watching 😁
Only problem is, that one of my pet peeves is constantly triggered. While I have zero issues with rope work in martial art scenes, please, at least let their feet touch the roof or the ground, they are on, when they are supposedly are running on these surfaces. They are humans here. Not mystical creatures. A (literally) touch more realism would be much appreciated. LOL
I love, how this episode showed the shift in Sun's mindset. "Wanna rehearse?" - "Suicide can only be done once."........ (Let that convo sink in with all implications) .... Proceeds to deliver a suicide scene with a final happy expression on his face like a person, who experience salvation only through death. (Clouds in the sky parting to reveal the sun as synchronized symbolism) Since he didn't receive any direction, how to act that scene, it is Sun's version of suizide experience, we are witnessing here. (Let that sink in)
Afterwards the dialogues around the script, which are showing the shift from "There is no point in living, but since I don't want to die I have to keep living" to how small adjustments can result in changed feelings and a different experience. Culminating in Sun taking action in seeking out Jay with the request to help him, that he will finally cry/feel something (again).
I was just thinking, that this drama shows in a perfect way, how important it is to talk about the "mushy" stuff, when the boys mention, that our MC are the masters of it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ok is it only me that feels like the only enjoyable part about this drama is when the boys are together and enjoying…
You're not alone. I love the parts with the boys and I am invested in their backstories (MC included). But the romance itself - I don't really feel it. Possible explanation could be, that he is an aloof character and she's still battling depression. It's the first time, I don't detect any chemistry between Esther and her costar (beyond friendship vibes).

I haven't started Mr. Kill yet, but his acting in Leap Day, especially the part, when his character goes grey and dark grey, was fire.
