This is so much better. The whole performance seemed more natural and at easy which made me enjoy it more and not stress out - what if they mess up?

The issue I always have with shows like that is the fact the judges should have the same standards for all teams, but they based everything on their expectations. Both teams did well, but because they had higher expectations they were disappointed. I find it a bit unprofessional tbh? Because at the end of the day, with this judging criteria often the skilled people get fucked up, and the mediocre ones move to next rounds because the judging of them was less strict. And i'm talking about all survival shows, not just this one.

KJHASJSF YES. They throwing the ball to the other team was great idea! Bae Hyun Jun has a great vibe! Kim Yeon Kyu great vocals, tone reminds me a lot of Woozi. The "SWAAAA' was so cute 🤣 Great energy. All that said, this song is so much easier to perform and hype people up to make them enjoy than ON 😅

They got so screwed with this song lol This song is hard to sing even for women. And they needs to ACE the dancing too since it's the theme 🥲 They did great, but I still enjoyed Hit more simply coz I felt all tense watching ON coz the song is so ridiculously hard I was just waiting for mistake. And legit it would not matter what team would perform it, I would have the same reaction.

Another criticism - to equal songs in terms of how hard it is to perform them. I'm sorry but for fuck sake they could not pick a harder song than ON 😐 If you make the teams compete, either make them pick the same song, or let them pick songs themselves. Like Mino going on how synchronization is so important and it all goes down to practice. Sure, and ON team probably had to "waste" more time trying to hit them high notes for the song you picked for them, instead of going through the dance few more times ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't think they will. At "best" it will be hinted that maybe in the future it can lead to something, but I highly doubt they will actually become couple at the end.

You want to see a broken man, ruined physically and emotionally < no i don't. I just want him to look his age, the age other characters also assumed he is. Unless when Wen asked if Li Ming is his son, he thought he had him when he was like 12 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ That's my whole point - the characters are telling me with their reactions and lines he looks his age, but Earth does not look it. To put it into a context, actor who plays Heart's dad is 45. So Earth's characters is closer in age to this actor than to any other cast member. Literally no one would ever think that.

Men can look better in their 40s compared to their 20s true, they will still look more or less their age, just better in how they present themselves. It's not like they look younger in their 40 than in their 20.

The most important thing is - Jim is not supposed to look good for his age, he is supposed to look his age. Enough for Wen to even consider Li Ming can be his son. If you saw Fourth and Earth standing next to each other on the street, it would NEVER crossed your mind Earth might be his dad. With how they present themselves, the realistic assumption would be his older brother. Earth is supposed to be 20 years older than Fourth here - this just does not add up.

He is stressed out. He said it it's hard to meet ends each month. He has to take care of Li Ming, and just having a teenager under your care is enough stress to make one exhausted. Now his restaurant might go down coz he has issues keeping the place. His co-worker and friend will soon have a kid when they are not financially prepared, and it also stresses him out. He is gray too, characters said it themselves, that he dyes his hair. What characters say indicates he looks his age, but Earth does not look 40. For me it's that simple. the ideas that men can look younger than their age, better in their 40s is true, but it does not work in the context of the show.

One thing I loved about the show were the normal teenage chats leads had with each other when they had doubts or fears. Seeing them verbalize them and suport each other was just a great experience as a viewer.

Usually when I see a comment like OP did, I check someone's completed list to see how "valid" their opinion is. If someone claims a rating is not objective enough, how objective they are in their ratings? Or when someone points out toxic things in a show, how did they rate other shows with similar themes? Then I know if it's even worth getting into discussion about differences or I should just shorty point out how they are not objective themselves and move on 🤣

He is doing as well as he can, he is a good actor. It's not about his performance, but about the fact being good looking young hot actor, he does not visually fit the 40 years old exhausted man who is starting his middle age period of life. It's a bit like casting great actress that has extremely feminine facial features for a cross dressing role - she might do amazing job acting, but it's still not a good casting, because she simply could never ever pass as a guy - so it makes the whole story less believable.

I totally agree that there is literally no issue with series including cliché and typical tropes - it's all about execution. Most shows just does not know how to make them seem fun and interesting, but MSP truly aced them.

Here's the thing, if you check OP's completed list, they also have some painfully biased ratings. 2gether being rated 1? Sure it was not a great show, cash grab with pretty faces ending on a hi5, but 1 means there was literally nothing good about it. So it's ridiculous for them to complain about 3.5 and how it's "trolling", when they themselves are 100% biased in their own ratings.

It's 100% fine to disagree with a rating someone gave and discuss it under their review , but to act as if it was not objective enough, when the person themselves does not even try to be objective in their own ratings is just a joke.
