I would be fine if it was just the intern and maybe first year residents who lied, but it was far worse. Like, wild to include that in the plot π€£
And what's more important, we are entering Koo Do Won's jealousy era π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯
But I kind of ship her with the anesthesiologist too π€‘ FUCK lol
Also... my soft BL heart cannot stop myself from shipping Um Jae Il and Park Jun Seok π€‘
They are running a circus
And I'm the Chief Clown there, enjoying the performance π€£π€‘π€£
As for Ben and Saxin (I WAS OBSESSED WITH THEM), there is nothing romantic going on between them in the novel as far as I know. So it was not censorship. I feel like they actually turned the gayness up for the show π€£ Which i am grateful for, coz that chemistry was chemistrying HARD.
Personally I would prefer just completely sad ending. I think even with the cases they emphasized more the personal sacrifice for person you love over "the inter-species romances are against nature's laws" so if they ended on him "tuning back their fate" and last scene being them just passing each other on the street, and him turning back indicating he remembers her, but she does not - I would be fine with it. It would be far more consistent with literally everything that happened throughout the show π₯²
I went to check, coz I was SURE her family still thinks she is nuts and she does take meds. Episode 35 around 46 minute in she says that maybe she has hallucinations again, that her family thinks she is mentally ill and that she often hallucinates. And that since she was young she has been taking meds π€‘ So this is what confuses me. Coz it;s either she still sees demons which makes no sense coz in this timeline she never got that blood in her eye. Or her family is medicating her just coz of nightmares π₯²
Same with ML - he had zero care for the demon realm, but last two episodes he does. I just feel like what happened in last two eps should happen in like 10 π€‘
As for the kills - either kill, or don;t kill, but the cheap "no one REALLY died" was just.... cheap.
Here's question tho, if he set everything back in place before they even met, shouldn't she not be able to see demons? They never met, so his blood never got into her eye. Does she see them, or her family thinks she is crazy just coz of her nightmares? π₯²

This scene perfectly represents them - one does not do shit because he overthinks everything, and the other does not do shit, coz he does not understand there is shit he needs to react to, coz there is nothing in that brain π€£
I'm actually not that mad about Ji Yi's frustration, because it was valid. At the end of the day she became a victim of Seung Won's lie and his lie was negatively impacting her life. Personally I think she had all the right to be pissed about it. It's not like she was saying you need to tell him you don;t like him AND that you like him. He did not hace to confess to his feeling, just say that he does not like her. That's it.
If you need to go this far, just do not adapt the gay webtoons, make your own straight youth drama with gay side coupe.
