We have NO idea how they were during uni times tho. I don't think it's obvious that he liked Jae Min. I think it was AT LEASE vague, or he might have actually liked Su Hyeon during university. He got into that uni thanks to Jae Min but I think he might have been swayed by Su Hyeon. Su Hyeon was obviously hella protective over Da On in uni, so Jae Min might have mistaken them being close as Da On having feelings too.

The proposal was basically: I cannot have him, so you can't either. They both might have thought Da On like the other one 🤡

They were basically both blocking each other from dating Da On. Is this dumb? Yes. And it is still there after 7 years coz it's a bullshit fictional drama and the two of them are still in love with him but don't want the other to date him 🤣

Sure but it's been a year since they broke up. It's not like he is trying to date her a week after break up. And she was acting in a way that showed clear interest in him too. And the issue is not really that she rejected him, but how she did it tbh. There is a huge difference between saying: I care for you, but I am not ready for the relationship yet. I have things I need to think about and work on, and saying: sorry if I misled you (which basically is saying - I don't care I'm not interested).

Does her rejecting him make sense? Sure. She has some trauma about her past relationship, is about to study abroad.
That said... She still kind of fucked up, and I hope in the future it will be more on her to win him over rather than him chasing her. Because she was in fact clearing acting in a way that would make anyone suspect she has feelings for him. I mean bish almost kissed him when he was asleep (Which also... gross. Can we move on from this idea of romance? It's not romantic), acted jealous, thanking him for liking her, literally kissing him back when he kissed her (again, she was drunk... so like can we also move away from sober people kissing drunk people? Not romantic 🤡).

Like girl... yeah your behavior gave the wrong impression if you did not want to be in a relationship. That's when you apologize tbh. And as I said, it makes sense for her to reject him. The way she did was for sure NOT ideal. I am not mad about the rejection, I'm just scared where they will take it.

Also, I do believe they FAILED to actually show how much the ex affected her and her potential future relationship. It makes sense he would. But at the same time, they did not bring her trauma as a context for her growing relationship with Su Ye ever once. It was not a factor, until it became a factor coz plot needs it 🙄

okay so yeah I disliked episode 13 a lot. Not only I disliked how FL handled the rejection, I also hate how the writers kind of stripped her from any agency lol Like She did not make the choice to clear shit up with him, her bestie did. She did not communicate with him about her traumas and issues, her bestie did... Do writer have any respect to their own female characters 🤣 With how they talk about her issues without her, this gives me "he will heal her trauma" and I hate it. Let the girl figure her shit out herself. That's how you grow as a human being.

If I had to make predictions Jae Min is the psycho manipulator, the whole past moments when Su Hyeon was beating Jae Min up was for sure planned and provoked by Jae Min, He probably said some unhinged shit about Da On and what he will do to him to provote Su Hyeon, knowing Da On will be getting to take place soon. He wanted Da On to see Su Hyeon be aggressive to drive them apart. The dating shit was also for sure fake. Su Hyeon probably went with it as a way of keeping Jae Min "away" from Da On.

Why is everyone creating shit at his work. Go catch him outside or something 🤣
So thoughts after episode 2 (all speculations lol):
