This show proves you can have a solid but short drama and it still can have depth and character development. I am so fucking tired of people excusing shitty writing with the length of the show 🙃

memory loss could have worked if they used it to make Minato start fighting for their relationship, but even with amnesia Shin was the one who cared more to make the relationship work 🤣

technically speaking around 35% of babies of mothers with HIV have HIV, so it's not like her daughter had to have it. Weirder the husband did not get it, I assume they did not sleep with each other just once 🤡

This gets better with every episode. Holy fuck, watching episode 5 was a mistake, now that I have to wait for episode 6.
This will not be 10/10 because of that episode 2 and the poor job they did with diving into the investigation and how they introduced the detective, but everything except that episode is just gold.

Seo Hye Eun being the kid from the opening that got cut?!?!? DAMN. Did not see that coming at all!

Also, that preview! I am happy that Myung Joon finally gets caught by Sang Yoon, because they will hopefully exchange some information 😅 Also, Jayden is totally the mayor's son from that case that got Sang Yoon in trouble in the past, right?

My favorit line from the whole dram comes from a mid annoying side character that said: unwanted love is not real love, it is violence! < sjhdgfdsjgfhd literally quoted the same line in a post! It was sooooooooo good.

Layers upon layers, and she nailed it every time. < this. Honestly, unforgettable performance!

Well I guess you get a whole lot of watchers who want to enjoy this but end up just felling meeh... < if this was not me 🤣 i did drop it, but I truly tried my best to like it.

Everything you said we got from episode 9 🤡 that's literally my point - they drop information in one go, instead of leaving hints so the viewers can piece them together themselves with each episode.

there is no drop of information, but there is a waterfall of questions. That's the thing - I prefer a story that slowly uncovers details, that then create a whole picture. Here they are not giving any true answers to anything, and it seems like they will just drop all the answers on one go closer to the end.

My point is, they should have shown bits and pieces throughout all episodes, rather than dump all the relevant information at the end of 2nd half ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The whole scene on the bridge was done so beautifully and romantically and I felt NOTHING 🤡😅

While the story is interesting, they are failing at telling it. It feels like watching few different dramas stitched together.
Instead of slowly giving any answers for anything, they just adding more and more questions. The pacing just seems uneven and disconnected. They should have give us more past story flashbacks, be it in dreams, or literally flashbacks for example as an aftermath of casting spells, or during spells casting, so we understand there is this grand connection between them. Because one blurred dream flashback Jang Shin Yu had till episode 9 is just not enough - I truly mostly forgot there even is the past life background it was so irrelevant so far.

Also, the idea that I am still confused if the spells work or not killed the romance for me. I did not get attached to them as a couple because I did not know if the feelings are even real, so now even if they clearly told me the spells never worked, it's too late for me to start caring ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Overall, 9 episodes in and it still feels all over the place 😭

refusing to become a "trope victim" while "sacrificing" others for the greater good - and wishing them all the happiness in the world! < all these scenes were truly comedy goals 🤣

it's literally character regression. Instead of them showing her SLOWLY learn how to think of herself, starting from small things that do not truly cause anyone any harm, they are showing her being "selfless" in these ridiculous situations...

If they wanted to keep viewers liking Yae they should have created a fucking better conflict than a random bitch showing up saying she wants to make Takumi fall in love with her, coz she likes him and they had ONE FUCKING DATE IN HIGH SCHOOL! The fact that Yae even considers this as a serious matter she should help with, and the fact she started to lie to Takumi coz of that, AND THE FACT SHE DOES NOT GIVE A FLYING FUCK ABOUT HOW TAKUMI FEELS AND ONLY FOCUSES ON SOME RANDOM BITCH I JUST INFURIATING.

By now... Takumi is too good for her. She needs some long term intense therapy, not a husband.
