This is, unfortunately, part of the culture, and it’s honestly sickening. The feud between the two sides has been dragging on for ages, with no sign of ending anytime soon. From personal experience however, I once tried to encourage some people (from another fandom) to stop engaging in fanwars, since it’s truly a never-ending cycle. But well… I was called out for trying to police their actions. Quite ironic. 🥲
