Havent watched this one (have no intention to) but yeah, i thought he died at the end of ep40. How come they come…
Do you really thing that the drama would show several training sessions repeatedly? She was training to pass her exam, evidently she trained several times and mastered it. There is no need to loose screentime on this matter.
Regarding the last man standing issue and the win of Duke Su on battlefield. This is an historical fact in ancient chinese military rule of combat. If the ruler is killed on battlefiled, the army of the ruler yelds or flees. Regardless if there is only 1 last man standing opposing them. There is nothing miraculous about his victory and his return home. This is just a fact. https://kisskh.at/discussions/di-jia-qian-jin/126975-the-ending-explained-according-to-the-book-the-art-of-war
I'm at ep 7 atm and I HATE the fat sister so much, ugly on the inside and outside wth
You know, I don't understand why the depiction of this character was this mean. There isn't any positive aspect about her. She is violent, vindictive, a glutton.... It is a pity.
Xiao Heng couldn't die because of rules of combat in ancient china, here the discussion on the boar: https://kisskh.at/discussions/di-jia-qian-jin/126975-the-ending-explained-according-to-the-book-the-art-of-war

I don't kown about that. This is not Persia but China. General Sun Tzu ( Sun Wu real name) reported facts in "the art of war". I don't base my understanding on conjectures ( probabilities or appearances). I am sorry.
the ending of the series was too rushed. the rebellion + xiao heng' battle + happy ending was all wrapped up in…
There is a censorship now. To avoid production company to produce more episodes in order to make more money. Dramas must have 40 episodes max. They couldn't go beyond 40 episodes.
Concerning the story telling, yes I would love to watch what happens. This could be witten for a second season featuring less episodes but we would have to wait 1 year to watch it.
I’ll take the fan service. I hope other dramas learn just incorporate the happy ending into the episodes instead…
I think that, they did not rush the ending. They killed the 3 supporting cast to make viewers cry because Human Beings remember hardship more than happy times. They want the public to remember the drama. However, this is a happy ending so they made this special to tell it to the viewers.
the maths is not mathing! daughter looks like 5 years old but they were married for 8 years which is illogical…
She coud have visited him on the military camp during this long war. It is possible because it is not on foreign land. It is at the north border. They conceived their daughter. And when war ends he came back to her. Duke Su isn't a basic militatary officer, he is the commander in chief. So he could spent short time with his wife as he wished.
As of, the fact that he survived. It is thanks to combat rules in ancient china. The "art of war" states that when the commander is dead on the battlefield, the soldiers must surrender or flee. Regardless of the number. So he was able to survive.
The ancient devil god is a primordial god, I assume he can talk to and appear to whoever he chooses to. The fact…
Too bad censorship cut 10 episodes off. If the story was aired as written. A lot of clues would have been given and the 2nd 3rd and 4th couples would have had better side stories...Too bad.

Ok, Thank you . I thought that the story with Mo Nv, for being in the future, was not known to him. But, now I assume that he knew her from his pre-life. And he needs her to sour Tantai Jin's pre-life.
I am re-watching the drama. I am on episode 18. After the bo're life, when Tian Huan died and Ye Bing Chang wakes up in front of the masked voice of the god of evil of the 3 realms. How can she speak to him? She is not Tantai Jin. She is not even surprised or afraid. She casually chats with him. Is it because she carries the Fox 's love threads that he is able to contact her? Because Xiao Lin was in the bo're life too and this masked voice didn't bother speak to him at all ....
