Concerning the story telling, yes I would love to watch what happens. This could be witten for a second season featuring less episodes but we would have to wait 1 year to watch it.

I think that, they did not rush the ending. They killed the 3 supporting cast to make viewers cry because Human Beings remember hardship more than happy times.
They want the public to remember the drama.
However, this is a happy ending so they made this special to tell it to the viewers.

I think that, the special is to tell viewers that it is not a sad ending.

She coud have visited him on the military camp during this long war. It is possible because it is not on foreign land. It is at the north border. They conceived their daughter. And when war ends he came back to her.

After the bo're life, when Tian Huan died and Ye Bing Chang wakes up in front of the masked voice of the god of evil of the 3 realms.
How can she speak to him? She is not Tantai Jin. She is not even surprised or afraid. She casually chats with him.

Jiang Yu E is the daughter of Jiang Li's uncle (son of a concubine). So she has a lower status and is Jiang Ruo Yao's lackey.
Jiang Li is the daughter of Jiang Yuan Bai's first wife : Ye Zhen Zhen .

So now, with those 3 daughters genealogy : In your opinion why did she frame Jiang Li with the miscarriage ....hmmmm? ^^

Is the show tragic? Finally nobody really died in the end. Their is hope for them to meet again. It is more of a hopeful ending to me.
