I just remembered something that was still not explained, or maybe I just missed it.Can somebody help me remember?…
The child that was beaten under the bridge that Bareum as a kid passed by and ignored. Was that YoHan? Did they show the story behind that or are we just to assume he beaten for being HH son's? It looks like an overtop 'bullying' for a kid. I forgot if there was a story behind that.

This is one ambitious scriptwriting, with all the twist and turns I initially highly doubted they could wrap it up nicely and it will be full of plotholes. Surprising they did connect everything and it was a satisfying and emotional ending.
Man still irritated by the fact that this woman Choi Young Shin got a pardon and was released after 3 years..…
She was not pardoned to lived free, it was all for show so they can kill her outside. Her driver brought her to a dark tunnel and took out a knife. It is heavily implied the President is still holding a grudge (specially for his son's (Nepo) death.)
After waiting for more than a year and finally watching the first 2 episodes, I must say I'm completely disappointed. It's so cringey. Lan's reasoning was also ove the top absurd, several characters are annoying and absolute cringe. I'll probably wait til more episodes are out and see the reviews.
They have the most complicated relationship out of all the kdramas I watched. This show definitely has a different feel to it. I can't even describe it properly, it's a mixture of weirdness, fantasy, melo, dry humor, sometimes even feel like horror to me. And the romance of course. Ending doesn't seem to be happy but maybe it will surprise us.
I was right about my theory related to the title. Poor Yohan, it seems even his Mom actually believed he was the killer. He was such a warm and sweet boy but the prejudice around him for being HSJ's son made him cold and reclusive.
Ohh wow. I was wondering why out of the thousand Isekai Villain manhwas not one has been adapted yet. I've finally found something that's similar in storyline
Here I am thinking that U Data director is cartoonishly evil only to find out this case is based on real events, and there is even a video of the real slapping and humiliation scene of an employee! Forget about the romance shipping, stuntman issues etc. Just wanna say kudos to the director and the writer for being brave and presenting real society issues and not really holding back in making things provocative. We can only wish that in real life we also have these dark heros like Mr. Jang's gang to avenge for justice.
I'm getting a bad feeling about that escaped prisoner. I hope I'm wrong but.. I'm having dejavu from Vincenzo.
I'm thinking he will kill Blue Bird Director Jang and this will eventually lead to HaNa joining the team. The rest of the team are basically undercovers and they will need someone covering for them like Mr. Jang, and this role seems to fit HaNa.
This sort of has the same concept as Vincenzo, revenge plot, and tbh I think this is much better. This is exactly what I had in mind when you say Fighting Evil with Evil. I normally don't like episodic rinse and repeat episodes but this one is able to deliver each episodes in an interesting and gripping manner. The painful parts are hard to watch but the revenge part always feels so satisfying. I also like how the characters all seems shady and none of them are boring, we get the right amounts of hints here and there about their backstory. And yes, DoKi specially in those black sunglasses is really easy on the eye. haha
Although not all of his dramas are popular, there is definitely something charismatic about him. He's got that cold and intimidating manly vibes which for some reason is attractive on him.
Luckily his past scandals were way before this generation of cancelcuture. He managed to recover and we get to see more of him.
This drama has produced some of the most successful and prolific stars in Korea, Park MinYoung, Song JoongKi and Yoo Ah In. If only Yoochun did not fall into scandals he could have reached that same level of status in the industry. He was actually one of the pioneer idol turned actor who's proven himself and overcame the hate and prejudice against idol-turned-actor back then. Regardless of that, this series will remain a classic. I remember repeatedly watching a collection of JoongKi's winks as YongHa in Youtube back then.
Being one of the people who's been vocal in complaining about the first 3 episodes, I wish I could have it pinned somewhere here that give this drama a chance at least until EPISODE 4 BEFORE RATING IT, it gets really better from there.

On a positive note, I like the 2nd male lead.
