Some of my favourite dramas of all time have tragic, bittersweet or open endings. I love happy endings as much as the next person but sad endings don't stop me watching and loving something. I've watched many where I knew what kind of ending it was going into it.

No, they didn't record anything for Hi6. She recorded Hi6 for her new drama Northward, which she's promoting now. It started airing today.

I cant find any information about voice actors for the leads. All the websites that usually list the VA's haven't listed anything for this one.

If anyone has a link for info on the voice actors please send it through.

There are also photos and video of Sun Zhenni and Wang Duo in the studio dubbing, so im not sure.

I have to say though I always planned on watching this, I didn't expect to love it this much. It really is a gem. It's one of the best Xianxia's i've watched in a long time. The story and world building is rich, the characters nuaned, the special effects are also pretty impressive, and all three of the leads do a great job. Zhang Bin Bin, as usual, is great and I'm so happy to see Sun Zhenni in a lead role.

Once again, very impressed with Wang Duo. He's always very good at complex or morally ambiguous roles and this is no different. What a memorable second lead! Hoping for a main lead role for him soon.

And yet I loved her character in ttetom. Li Susu was so awesome. Their story was full of angst and could be sad but their characters themselves were beautifully written.

CGI is computer generated imagery. Pretty much all fantasy uses CGI. When you see heavenly or demonic realms or the use of powers and arrays etc. The dramas with good cgi often take longer in post-production. But I'd prefer this over dodgy cgi.

I've seen dramas go through months of post production, be submitted to review and pass review within a few weeks. So I think it depends.

For example, The Princess Royal literally aired like three or four months after it wrapped filming. So it completed post-production and passed review in a very short time.

( TPR wrapped filming in Feburary 2024 and started airing in June)

A character doesn't have to be a good guy for people to get second male lead syndrome. Just interesting and many found him interesting haha.

I'll take another drama for our Feng Yao and NXY
as well as another for Zhenni and ZBB

But I'd also like another with Zhenni and Wang Duo too. 🤭
