This is the last episode and I found the cast exceptionally skilled at making their characters relatable and believable. I also enjoyed the music. This was a fun drama to watch for the most part and even with its flaws I would recommend it. In this episode we see Xiao Yu at airport telling everyone goodbye. She has found her calling and will be the video liaison between lawyers and the people spreading understanding to the masses. When they kept showing the meds taken by father and ex boyfriend, I was expecting a case about side effects that would compensate both families. Not sure why they made a point to show the same medication when wasn’t used for anything. Yan Fei and Zhou letting fate determine their romance destination.😂 Jiang and Ren agree to go to the end non stop in their competition. They do not reveal the winner even with a year later epilogue showing Yue’s application for competition. They should have included Wang and both our fave lawyers getting ready to be mentors. Overall I really enjoyed this drama and felt invested in liking…or not.. the various competitors. It was a bit exaggerated slices of life for them but it held my interest for the most part. I am not sure if they are considering a season 2, but if with same cast I will peek in to see how their story progressed. Yue was not my favorite person. They went out of their way to make her unlikable and then flipped her to a decent character with no real repercussions for her misdeeds. If season 2 focuses around her, I don’t know how much interest I will have with that. I would have been far more content with ending without that year later flash that showed nobody but the least liked character. With this, I can only ask why?

I love very single episode but that one was less scary and more with making out so I loved it even more then the other and also all couples got closer. It was also cute when King tried to call singha when he was drunk there you see how much detail was putted in this episode. It was sad that my favorite (Darin) had a nightmare and maybe will die in the next few wpisodes but I hope he won't.

The only reason I'm still watching after this absolute character assassination is because the leads are so charming. But what was that? - after all that time describing Gong Ji-Hyeok's prowess at Tae Kwon Do and watching him at Kumdo practice he can't take on the random masked not-at-all-suspicious black-clothing-wear arsonist who went into a white-walled gallery in broad daylight to set the place on fire? - wouldn't devoted parent and friend Seon-u - race off to make sure his kid was okay before shielding his grown-up boss - make sure he knew where Da-Rim was and perhaps stop her or go with her into a burning building to save Ji-Hyeok? He could have realistically carried Ji-Hyeok outside of the building and given them space to make their confession when Ji-Hyeok woke up with no signs of smoke inhalation - I like Da-Rim's consistent wamth and determination. I'd like to see other skills besides dropping things and helping people pick up things they've dropped. Writers could have given Da-Rim English speaking skills and sent her to get caught in the fire if a fire was really necessary, and have Ji-Hyeok carry her down a flight of stairs on his back. I've accepted everything else - the cartoony bitter half-sister, the skeevy ex-brother-in-law, etc... but this episode was just unnecessary expedience. P.S. The hyped-up appearance of Namkoong Min - this was not the "My Dearest" reunion I was hoping for.

poor Shu Lang everyone f*cks him over, he thought he was finally turning a new leaf & getting away from Fan Xiao, but Fan Xiao got his clutches in him - he not letting go anytime soon. heck the crazy f*cker would've been happy to go to hell, if he knew that Shu Lang would be there waiting for him. idk what type of toxic this is... but it's a nuclear level. the equivalent of Shu Lang rear ending Fan Xiao is of someone breaking a mirror - guess he in for 7 yrs of bad luck... lol - poor Shu Lang. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************been saying for a while now, that he such a green flag, how he came to Zhen's aid - especially after what Zhen did. yeah he was seduced into making a huge mistake, but he didn't have a gun to his head. it was a choice he made & Shu Lang for sure didn't owe him a thing. so him still going out of his way to solve Zhen's problem shows what a good guy he is. **************************yet in this ep he kept blindsided by everything Fan Xiao did to him. in his eyes from the sec he met Fan Xiao, he got played by him. the only thing he has to find out is that Fan Xiao is the cause of the 2nd accident on the same day. the fact he didn't agree to the 2nd brother's deal is a logical move, cause he knows he isn't trust worthy & it might as well be getting in bed with the devil. he had enough with one demon = Fan Xiao. he didn't need to get involved with that family & he's smart enough to know this fact. ******************************************************************************************************************************that's why his professor double crossing him is that much more devastating, cause he trusted him. but sadly Shu Lang no matter how good he is, always encounters people that take advantage of his kind heart. my heart aches for Shu Lang. (btw that beatdown wasn't enough).

Can we talk about how heartbreakingly good a person YouShuLang is.FanXiao’s second elder brother offered him an enormous sum of money to frame FanXiao. $10 million baht. Enough to change a life. Enough to give him revenge. Enough to destroy the man who hurt him. Yet YouShuLang rejected it without hesitation. Even after everything FanXiao put him through, he still could not bring himself to ruin another person’s life. That is the kind of goodness that quietly breaks your heart.YouShuLang was brilliant at studying, full of promise, yet he gave it all up to support his younger brother. He left his own dreams behind and ended up working in jobs far from his field just to survive. And what did he receive in return. Ingratitude. Hatred. A brother not even related by blood who despised him for being gay and blamed him for their mother’s death. Even so, YouShuLang was willing to sell his own apartment to help pay off that brother’s debts. Love, even when it is undeserved, seems to be his curse. He helped his ex boyfriend LuZhen escape trouble with Ms Shi. Without YouShuLang, LuZhen would have been ruined. When Ms Shi asked LuZhen why he broke up with him, the tears said everything. That was his greatest regret. No excuses. No explanations. Just tears. Sometimes tears speak louder than any confession. The most painful part is that YouShuLang helped the three people who hurt him the most. His ungrateful brother. His ex LuZhen. And the man he believed was his true love, FanXiao, who ended up wounding him deeper than anyone else. Life is unbearably cruel to kind people. After all the sacrifices, all the quiet kindness, fate still struck him mercilessly. He discovered the truth on his own. That FanXiao was the one who molested him that night. The betrayal was unbearable. When YouShuLang finally confronted FanXiao and started hitting him, it felt like years of pain exploding all at once. The punches were raw and desperate. Even more haunting was the detail that he used the gloves FanXiao bought him. FanXiao did not fight back. He did not dodge. He stood there and took every blow, letting YouShuLang release the anger he had carried for so long.As for FanXiao, I know he is a red flag. Yet the cruel words he said about YouShuLang in front of his friends never felt entirely real to me. People often joke cruelly about the ones they love, hiding tenderness behind mockery. I believe his love for YouSh Lang was real, even if he destroyed it with his own hands. After this episode, we see the truth of his family. A mother left to die. A brother trying to frame him and send him to prison. A broken home that shaped a broken man. It does not excuse his actions, but it explains the darkness he carries.Just when YouSh Lang quits his job and tries to walk away from Fa Xiao to protect himself, the cruelty continues. He has no idea that FanXiao orchestrated yet another plan with Professor Huang to deceive him again. Even in distance, the pain follows him.Yet another devastating episode. My heart aches for YouShuLang, a man too kind for a world that keeps taking everything from him.

this ending was kinda stupid - unless i really didn't get it. so both the siblings came back in time & yet the older brother acted like he didn't know, why his younger sibling was seducing him? & he tried to do the same things on the 2nd chance he got?? & neither thought to deal with Yamada before he also repeated his past actions? i didn't get this ending - if anything it kinda annoyed me. did one have to die cause they were half-siblings? is that it??? meeh

I will be honest, like many viewers, I was confused during the first episode. But it was a good kind of confusion. The title has the word Secrets for a reason. The storytelling is deliberately fragmented, and that sense of disorientation puts you right into Botphleng’s state of mind. For anyone who felt lost after episode one, do not give up or judge it too quickly. The confusion is intentional. If everything were explained from the start, the mystery and tension that make this genre so addictive would completely disappear. With eight more episodes to go, the series is clearly designed to keep you questioning, uneasy, and constantly guessing, and that is exactly what makes it so compelling. So far, the plot feels unique, the acting is strong across the board, and the atmosphere is dark, suspenseful, and emotionally charged. Personally, I think this series has been executed really well and perfectly captures the tone of a true psychological and suspense BL. I am genuinely looking forward to the remaining episodes, because if it continues at this level, Melody of Secrets could easily become one of GMMTV’s standout BLs.

I mean the fact that she got kidnapped was already so dumb in the first place. AND THEN IT HAPPENS AGAIN???? JUST HOW INCOMPETENT OF POLICE OFFICERS DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO NOT HAVE SOMEONE PROTECT THE VICTIM??????????? IDC JUST KILL THE DUMB BITCH AT THIS POINT. and just how stupid do you have to be to trust whatever the person who you now recognize as a serial killer to give you something that they won't use against. why the fuck would you take that chess piece to work. and now that @seulgiibear mentions it, the fucking serial killer was really goddamn lucky that this dude took the chess piece to work and discussed AAAALLLL the plans in front of it. i'm telling you we are hvaing a serious crash out rn. this is so fucking stupid. why the fuck does @snigdawg rate this a 9.5 stars. that's right, i'm callign herout. idc if she says the ending is cute, like WTF IS GOING ON RN. why is the only major female character being forced to act as damsel in distress when she's the only one who figures things out quick enough. and after they revealed that she's the daughter, the fucking main character is so boringggggg. and why is he included in the investigation of her kidnapping in the first place??? do they not have other police officers??? he's becomes so fucking stupid when she's involved. honestly, there has been no chracter development for the main 2 male leads since they started focusing on the main arc. it honestly just makes it so frustrating to awtch. if i wasn't watching with @seulgiibear, i would've dropped the drama the moment they revealed the bad guy (which was done so horribly and so predictable btw, like that dude wasn't fishy from day one).
