Teekay3Star The monk can be an extremely infuriating character. He withholds all the wrong information to the wrong people being completely counter productive. The cops are already looking into prof Ju, you gave them some extra info okay that's cool but all you have to do is let the police know if anything happens to you or those around you anytime soon who is likely responsible to tighten the lease on him.instead you tell the 2 idiotic students to follow him and keep an eye on him. You know Ju killed the parents but instead of warning Bong Pal you say absolutely nothing leaving him completely at risk same with Hyeon Ji you know she was his victim but don't warn her at all that she's getting close to an evil spirit that almost killed her.but he had all the energy in the world to tell her about Bong pal's parents to keep them away from each other. SO DAMN ANNOYING

akaringo Other than the smooth sailing of FL and ML chemistry the plot seems to be taking the rough roads, two factions fighting while our FL and ML is the actual mastermind behind it. I love it they matched each other freak so perfectly 😋 Also how come the Crown Prince is this shameless, holy.. Claiming and bitching about FL actions which apparently caused all the mess thats happening ?? EXCUSE ME ??? This Cui dude is also mad suspicious he's got a hidden agenda behind his sleeves I just know it

honestly first episode was kind of disappointing for me as FL didn't really seem like a Demon but this episode does her justice :) as she torments the bad guy and she even has powers and super strength expected of a supernatural being

Its so interesting to see bas play in this type of role that i dont think ive really seen him do and maxky is doing an amazing job at his role also! He really fit this role. Does Soh realize the type of confession He just made? Also i love how cute their little sticky notes are . Then the way three wanted to hold Soh bag but ended up just trying to lift it cause soh said no thinks im good... lol i love these two so much 😂

Agnes Bunnypants That other editor making a big stink about going out with her boyfriend and then finding out he has to work overtime. Then she tries to flirt with homeboy, and he shoots her down. That was really funny. But what was with her flirting with a man after bragging about having a boyfriend? And I bet you anything her boyfriend’s cheating...working overtime on Valentine’s Day… Really?

IrenaK What a wonderful ending! I see many people are upset that they didn't get to see a wedding, but I don't think that was needed here, to be fair. It was beautiful, fulfilling, and wholesome in many other ways. ✨BuYi, who had walked his path of revenge alone and had no family, finally has one. 🥹ShaoShang, who was always abandoned and felt unloved, is now surrounded by her family, who not only love her, but also came to her aid in the most unexpected moment. She will never be abandoned again. ❤️I absolutely loved that moment when he said he believes in her, and at the same time, she told the people around her that she knows he believes in her. That's the ultimate level of trust to have in someone. I got goosebumps there! ☺️The Cheng family is very united now; there are no quarrels between the family members and everyone supports everyone.And even Yuan Shen found his place among these people — respected by BuYi, cared for by ShaoShang, and able to keep loving her platonically for the rest of his life.All of them stood under the starry sky watching the stars, which look like diamonds up there. Also, the exact translation for the title is something like "Starry Sky Brilliant", so I think the ending represents that title perfectly. 😌❤️Starting this drama was quite an unexpected choice for me, but I enjoyed every minute of it. And I must say — it's a pity China has made this rule of a 40-episode limit, because this drama didn't really leave any plot holes, and the character development was very visible. This longer-length format really worked in the story's favour. 😌

The plot *cough* I mean the plot seems solid, political but MC seems to be quite smart and I wouldnt say revenge driven, but somewhat close adjacent. She wants fortune, riches and a great life after a traumatic childhood. Thats very logical yet her way of doing it is well questionable but you do you girl! Yeahh !! However both of them doing that under the influence kinda.. 🙃 not my fav to say the least, it wasnt even mutual attraction, mutual hatred/confusion perhaps. Also the banquet scene was super awkwards like i couldnt even imagine it😭

Jae Jin I'm amazed how smart the characters here are, because they can figure out what the other character is up to without asking them directly. They do it so seamlessly just by having the character go through their daily life, and along the way they would pick up the hints. It's not forced or anything like having the character in detective mode. Obviously, the other doesn't wanna spill a.k.a. Zhou Wan.

I can't even imagine how A'Yao would feel if Yanji had succeeded in killing ZhaoJun. He would be devastated! Her so-called freeing him from shackles — such bs! She was probably out of the loop on how they had grown closer over these last five years while she was pretending to be dead and conspiring with Tian Shuo. 🙄Anyway, I am happy that all of them got out of that fire pit and both couples are fine. I was so worried about ZhaoJun all the time because she was in labour... OMG, my stress levels for her were so high! 😮💨🫣 AND SHAOSHANG FINALLY FORGAVE BUYI! 🎉❤️And I must say, the previous Crown Prince wouldn't be able to hold his ground as long and as bravely as the Third Prince did. That alone makes the Third Prince a way better heir to the throne. 😌👏Also, this does feel a little bit like a callback to what happened when they all were in this region those almost 40 episodes ago, because the events are somewhat similar. 🤨

Susan Usually when this much palace stuff is involved, it can get a little boring, especially in the initial episodes. World building and all. BUT THIS!!? OH. MY. GOD. I can't stop watching this.WUUUU JINNNN YANNNN omg she is sooo good

The aftermath is depressing, of course, as Shuyi is completely depressed and Shi Yan is angry and depressed. And then the writer - very predictably - starts injecting creepy Yi Yang into Shuyi's life in the most artificial and contrived way possible. My advice is to just start skipping scenes whenever Yi Yang is on screen. We know she will never end up with him no matter how much screen time the show gives him. Skipping all his scenes will move the story faster and avoid getting as annoyed while watching.

The first half of the episode was okay/meh. In my opinion it was full of pretty bad plot twists. I figured out very easily that the senior wasn't a ghost and although I liked the story of the 2nd ghost the plot twist made no sense. She loved him and wanted to protect him but why did they showcase her chocking him in the beginning? none of that was explained. The second half was enjoyable but of course good things have to come to an end as the status quo dictates in dramas. The scenes with the mom pretty much solidified my theories on what I thought happened. So basically Bon pal was possessed(this I didn't predict I just thought he was born gifted) but the spirit that killed his mom is also possessing the professor & he also killed Hyeon Ji. Why? honestly from what they show it's just extremely petty. I'm curious as to what this item is that it wants so bad tho.
