Adorable!

Ok, let me start with the most important PSA: PLS WATCH THE HORIZONTAL RE-EDIT OF THIS SHOW AND NOT THE REELS. Its a vaaaaaastly superior experience!

This show is so cute— omg, I love the celeb-meets-a-regular-person-and-shenanigans-ensue kind of stories. And this one is so well done! Moon Do Ha is a cutie- perfectly cast as an idol who is actually really lonely in real life and forms a connection with his martial arts teacher Jae Yeon, who is principled and disciplined, and a total hottie. Both actors are perfect for the roles they've been cast in, and they feel super believable as these characters. They had a very easy chemistry throughout the show, and although the kisses are very vanilla, it had me smiling with joy throughout.

I have 2 wishes: first, can someplease please take this concept and make a longer, proper length show? And second, can someone cast these 2 in another full-sized BL please?

Loved it!

Shinyu no “Dousei Shite” ni “Un” te Iu Made (2026) – EP.10

This episode isn’t about big drama or plot twists.
It’s about something much quieter — and much harder to keep.

Minato is constantly being led around by Wataru, yet he never really lets go.
That balance between irritation and affection is what makes them feel real.

Small moments stay with you:

“Don’t make that face when the camera isn’t on.”
Holding hands like children, swinging them without thinking.
Talking about what they will — or won’t — do years from now.

These are not dramatic scenes, but they feel deeply intimate.

This story reminds us that
finding someone you want to stay with is already rare —
and continuing to stay together is even rarer.

There is no grand conclusion here.
Just the quiet realization of what it means to love someone over time.

And maybe… that’s enough.

Can Love be Translated?

Overall, I found this series to be a good watch, even if the juxtaposition of the different personas of the FL made it a little confusing at first. The plot carries fairly alright, but there was something that happened in the last 15 minutes which just felt unnecessary.

The series would have probably have survived as an even shorter limited series as there is a continuation of certain themes between each episode.

The soundtrack helped carry a lot of the elements of the show and really brought to life that emotional sense you get when watching as the viewer.

I thought that the drama highlighted really well how people can struggle to interpret love, as it is not a language you see written on paper with grammatical rules, but it's an invisible entity of human life. I think Seon Ho's character really portrayed that really well, by showing that you can be intelligent and even multilingual, but you can still struggle to properly understand and translate love.

I'm pleasantly surprised!

I started this one with the lowest expectations despite the high ratings or actually because of the high ratings, I thought this one more GMMTV garbage that people were eating up because of the popular ship, but no!! Well actually it is but it's so funny, dumb and stupid on purpose that it earns the high ratings, currently at 9.0 , a bit too high, yes but, most of these dramas are overrrated.

The story is pretty simple, nothing much actually happens and despite having a disgustingly toxic relationship between Aran and Tawan, I enjoyed every second of it. The plot is beyond silly, it's stupid it knows it's stupid and leans hard into the stupidity and it works so well, wonderfully done. I want to dock it at least half a point more because of the annoying sound effects, silly music and again the toxic second couple, but I can't bring myself to do it, it's just so funny and wonderfully entertaining.

A Refreshing and Beautifully Made Romance — 10/10

It was an absolutely wonderful watch for me, and easily a 10/10. I’ve been watching K-dramas, J-dramas, and C-dramas for over 10–12 years, and this drama reminded me why I fell in love with them in the first place.

From the very beginning, the drama pulls you in with its beautiful scenic views and cinematography. Every episode feels visually pleasing, calm, and immersive. The production quality is consistently strong, and the way nature and locations are used adds so much to the overall experience.

The chemistry between the main leads is one of the biggest highlights. It feels natural, engaging, and emotionally satisfying. Their interactions are enjoyable to watch, and the drama balances romance with tension in a way that keeps you invested without feeling overwhelming. The cute moments genuinely made me smile, and the emotional beats landed well.

Both leads delivered excellent performances. Go Youn Jung was especially captivating on screen — her presence alone adds so much to the drama, and it’s easy to see why so many viewers adore her. Kim Seon Ho was equally strong, bringing warmth and sincerity that made the romance even more compelling.

The OST deserves special mention. It fits the mood perfectly and stays with you even after the episode ends. It’s one of those soundtracks you find yourself listening to again because it brings back the emotions of the drama.

Another personal highlight for me was the presence of the third lead, played by Fukushi Sota. As someone who watched a lot of J-dramas in the past, seeing him here was a huge plus. His presence added charm and made the drama even more enjoyable for me.

Overall, this drama felt refreshing, emotionally engaging, visually beautiful, and genuinely enjoyable. It has strong performances, great music, lovely visuals, and excellent rewatch value. I absolutely loved it and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-made romance drama.

A suprise for novel reader.b

When they announced to make judge lee hanyoung, I'm kinda worry because the novel is superb, every chapters are action and logic packed. Not every one can acted as Lee Hanyoung. He nonchalant, a no nonsense and sometimes unserious, androgynous, cute and every move represent justice. He is dead, being framed by Kang Shijin because he didnt want to rigged the verdict, different from the live action.

I think Jisung being picked because he can represent 2 face of Lee Hanyoung and one of the chapter in novel describe Hanyoung confidence that he can charm all gender. He cosplay as a highschool girl tease the collage student especially male; when S.Korea have a national sportday, one of the victim is our prosecutor Park. It nice Jisung recommended to cast few of his running squad mate to stared in this drama.

Most of the villain here usually play as good guy or protagonist, meanwhile the good guy like chief judge Baek Yiseok mostly play as villain. Bravo 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
I like the detail they put for emphasise the characters, Lee Hanyoung outfit to show his and our prosecutor Park pale face because of overtime he did to investigated cases. Baek Yiseok and Hanyoung potrayal are the most tricky. Both of them have a tall and muscular stature describe as tiger and bear like.

Our journalist play by Baek Jinhee and idiotic but progress into a capable one (wish they make it gradually from chubby into thin not instantly like this) and Hanyoung past life wife Oh Seehee potray so beautiful. Most of the project the female character force into a career driven one or childish plus over sexualizing them. But in here they being respected, like they are real people not just a fantasise one. Well most of the male actor here are married and have daughter. For the acting all the cast perfectly potray their character.

The plot OMG they stick to the novel; Thanks GOD....
The car scene at last they really do it not using a cgi background, I'm sick of it, action scene but using cgi background not real one.

Waiting if they going to finish whole novel in just one season or extended it.

Review – I’m Your Tutor, Kishikishi

At first glance, this drama seems like a simple slapstick comedy. Toru is a typical delinquent high school student, and the story begins when his unusual private tutor arrives. The tutor’s name is Knight, but Toru affectionately calls him “Kishikishi,” which becomes a charming nickname throughout the series.

Kishikishi has an elegant, almost aristocratic aura and works as a highly capable tutor who patiently supports Toru. In the early episodes, the tone feels rather chaotic and comedic, and it can honestly seem a little hard to keep watching.

However, if you stay with the series, it gradually reveals a surprisingly sincere coming-of-age story. Toru initially has no real goals in life, but through his interactions with Kishikishi, he slowly begins to develop curiosity and motivation toward learning. Eventually, Toru even reaches a point where he begins to think that he would like to become a teacher like Kishikishi himself. That development feels unexpectedly touching.

This is the kind of drama that becomes more rewarding the longer you watch. If you don’t drop it halfway, it slowly becomes a bit addictive.

And in the final episode, when Toru and Kishikishi split a single earring between them, it definitely gave me BL vibes.

This drama may not work for everyone, but viewers who enjoy character growth stories may find it surprisingly rewarding.

Fell flat at the end, but overall chemistry is on fire ❤️‍?

1. I really love xu kai’s character here, definitely my favorite character of his. Prefer him to be in this kinda cute and calm but strong character rather than his usual tsundere or playful style.
2. Txw is so beautiful to the point it’s unreal. I feel like her eyes do have a fan on their own. So pretty!!!!!
3. The cinematography, the aesthetics, the color grading of this drama are my cup of tea. I feel like I indeed am a fan of Lu Hao Ji Ji’s works. His works never failed my eyes.
4. Story, chemistry, OSTs, all are AMAZING, until i got into like episode 30 ish. I just want the fluffs. Usually angst isn’t something that annoyed me and sometimes it even helps to engage me more into the story. But the angst here is just, well, felt plain. I love xukai’s calm and cheerful and in-love kind of acting expressions, but definitely not a fan of his angst and sad actings. On the other side, i think txw did pretty well with her acting especially her seductive, bad ass, and cute actings. But just like xk, txw’s angst is not her strongest point. But a bit better than xk.
5. I’m not rlly sure about txw’s character here???? at first she’s cool but sometimes she can be annoying like hey that guy is your husband girl….. Maybe I’m missing something along the watch but this is just my thought.
6. Ending is gantung idk.

Episode 1-29 is ⭐️9/10
Episode 30-38 is ⭐️7/10

Overall rating
⭐️8/10

This drama deserves a higher rating

Even though the current (as of the time of writing this review in January 2026) score of 7.8 out of 10 is pretty good, I think this drama deserves even more.
I normally don't watch court based power struggle dramas (I was roped in because of the casting) because it's usually too much intrigues for my liking. This one does not have that many intrigues and the plot is written quite well.
Story. A princess is threatened with the life of her brother by a tyrannical empress and is forced to marry into a different country for the empress' interests. She's supposed to marry a seemingly dull prince but right off the vat at arriving, she's met with intrigues and power struggle in the country she's marrying into. The princess is cunning, smart and willing to do anything to save her brother and she devises a plan of going with the palace power struggle and marrying a chancellor instead of the prince. The chancellor has his own interests, wants to clear his family's name and so they embark on a journey and fall in love. I think i haven't seen plot like this before, it's pretty unique, written well without any plot holes. The suspense at the end of each episode to keep you watching is good too, it makes you want to see the outcome of the situation where we left off. The only thing I would have liked to see is a more fulfilling ending in a way of "please explain this characters ending more to me" but as the center of the story was the princess and the chancellor, the team focused on their story. I loved the ending especially, very much my type of drama endings. I also love characters like Shen Zaiye, cunning, smart, level headed, can tell the outcome correctly, has a back up plan, isn't rash but patient and overall he's the right guy in the right situation. What I also really liked was the character development of Jiang Changjue (not going to say more or I'll spoil the plot).
Acting/cast. Liu Xueyi was of course the main guy who roped me into watching this drama (I love him so much). He looks so good with Meng Ziyi as couple, they are so handsome together. I always love to see Zhang Lei as the emperor lol
Music. I don't really have anything to add here
Rewatch value. I rarely watch dramas again, this one might be worth it though.
Overall. Give it a try if you like the way the characters are written.

I’m living for every moment

Love Between Lines (2026) already has a special place in my heart. It’s only January, but I can already tell this will be one of my favorite dramas of the year. I felt completely immersed from the start—the pacing is smooth, the chemistry between the leads feels effortless, and the whole story has this calm, warm vibe that made me feel cozy while watching.

The romance hit me in the right way. Slow, gentle, and real, with just the right amount of tension. I loved seeing how the leads quietly support each other, helping one another face past wounds and personal insecurities. Those small, subtle moments of connection made me smile and swoon in equal measure.

The Republic era VR game concept instantly drew me in. The idea was clever and fun, and it’s the perfect setting for their first meeting. I especially loved the female lead’s determination—after losing the first round, she jumps right back in, determined to win. I was cheering for her the entire time.

This drama didn’t overwhelm me with big, dramatic moments, but it left me with a lasting warmth. It’s comforting, emotional, and genuinely satisfying—a story I know I’ll return to again and again.

Too 2 Many Heads

This series got so close to the mountain top but then it slid down to the plain of mediocrity only to periodically rise back up and meet the sunrise to a shining light of creativity. Truthfully, I have such a love/hate relationship with this series and its protagonists. Sometimes they ascended to solid acting only to then fall into a pre-pubescent cesspool of triteness. Honestly, it is not their fault. It was a bad script and even worse directing. Parts of this series were enchanting; while others fell from grace. Although the intent of this series was entertaining and offered some novelty, I found the way the leads got there, wanton. So, what was the point of this BL? For entertainment only? Then okay, this was entertaining. If you are trying to convey a BL story among the protagonists, then you failed. Ironically, you told a great authentic story with the side couple that is way more heartfelt and real and, at least for me, more captivating.

Stunning Louise!!!

********** ( ^ ^ )***************

The Story
this narrative is very unique because it dives into a life of a multilingual translator, this right here is already unique
how many series in asia focus on multilingual translator as the main lead,

Please guess
.
.
.
.
That's right almost none, I know bilingual we have either chinese/korean or Japanese/Korean or English/Korean (most)
but Kor/IT/FR/Eng/Chi/JP, I think this is the first time

the life of a translator is pretty difficult but sometimes very rewarding just like our main male lead
what are the chances, 0.000001% this coincidence can happen in real life, the reward is the male lead gets to meet his future partner. , a very unique story and that alone says a lot,

NOT UNTIL, after the climax which is Lake Louise,
goodness gracious that first 8 episode alone can be the whole series.

after Lake Louise
the story looks like a spin off of the first 8 episode,

CASTING
casting is good, nothing i can say about the casting , the hong sisters knows who to cast
if the first male lead choice of hong sisters was cast and played the role, i don't think think it fits Ju Ho Jin role and I don't think it will spark any chemistry with Go Youn Jung,

MUSIC
I don't want to talk about this because it's decent but it felt like we are missing something

WOULD WE REWATCH
Yes for the first 8 epsiode

Overall - its a good series
if you are into travel series just like me with a little bit of love for the scenery and landscape,
this series is for you,
if you are a fan of Kim Seo Ho and Go Youn Jung, this is for you

Luckily I am both but i cannot stand that the music felt missing on this series

16 episodes are not enough for this masterpiece

This is probably one of the best franchises Korea has produced besides Squid Game. Season 3 is even better, and this season has surpassed all my expectations. A difference from the last two seasons is the connection of each story to keep a more natural flow. The story choices for this season were very clever, from the idol story to the taxi companies' personal stories; every single one was interesting and beautifully crafted. The beginning in Japan was very exciting to watch. I hope the series never stops, and I really hope a season 4 is announced soon, especially since a huge surprise was revealed at the end of the third season.

Delightful and so cute!

The Story of Bi Hyung was so cute! Its an easy breezy watch from start to finish. I loved the way the show incorporates so many differnet aspects of Korean folklore. I do think it might be hard to follow if you're not familiar with the folktales of gumihos or goblins and such, but having watched like a bajillion Kdramas till now, I was super familiar with these concepts and could keep up with the story no problem.

At first, I was like, omg is this going to be a BL harem show, with 3 love interests for the male lead, cause those are really not my jam. Thankfully, it was not that. Its pretty clear from the start how the 2 pairs are going to end up at the end. The story never takes itself too seriously, and the romance between the two couples is very cutesy. Keum Bok and Bi Hyung do share 1 really good, passionate kiss so I am happy KBLs are doing more and more with genuine skinship with each production. I loved the actors who played the 2 leads: one as the cute and loveable village boy who brings so much charm and naivety with him and the other one a "1000 year old" goblin, cynical, sarcastic and constantly irrirated but with smiles that are reserved for the audience only. The acting is not like oscar level or anything, but this story does not require it and so the leads do a good job conveying their characters.

ALSO- I LOVED the character of Halmeoni, the school girl who is also a minor goddess, who has to keep dropping pearls of wisdom and constantly sort out the chaotic shenanigans of these goblins, gumihos and ghosts. LOVED her. She was superb! Female characters in BLs rarely every stand out, so this one really shines.

This is such a fun and easy watch that I recommend it hands down!
