Based on the opening, drama looks like massively different from the novel, so I'll just watch it with a fresh eyes. haha

I felt something was missing while I was watching that scene. This is exactly that. lmao

The tsundere energy run in the entire family. lol

The father, the brother, and Huiju, all of them speak the opposite of what's on their mind. Harsh but secretly care for each other.

They already explained about it in one of the previous episodes. If they clean the mole out, another would come right after. So, better to keep the known mole under watch than to starting this cycle all over again and again.

Now despite the incident, it's easier for them to narrow down the suspects.

Today's epilogue really slaps. haha

I'm more than half way through the novel now. I know it's not gonna happen, but this is the first time I'm having such a serious second lead syndrome. Both male leads were so compellingly written so far.

Finished half the novel. So far it is quite intriguing. Hoping to finish reading before the drama airs. haha

But, I can already guess what kind of changes we'll see in the drama.

I was wondering why I got an instant dislike as soon as I see QM's father. Turns out the actor played the main villain in AoS and I hated that character big time lol. The actor nailed his villain aura fr.

Now I gotta rewatch ep6 immediately. It's just like those classic fairy tales we grew up with, and beautifully done to boot.

By the book, that's the logical play. But it happens to be Huiju in this case. haha

Now I can't unsee him as the Korean Clark Kent for the remaining episodes... 😂

Someone below pointed out that she doesn't want to damage SML's political career with the eventual divorce while the same divorce is nothing for the royal family since he's still the Grand Prince even after it.

I think it makes sense since she still doesn't think about marrying for love at this point or settling in a family life, and she's dead set on getting a divorce after getting what she wants out of the marriage.

And right in the opening of episode 1, we were shown that she dared to wear all red to the palace as well. So, she simply doesn't care about rules and customs. Only what benefits her matters.

I think her wearing all white also is in line with her personality. She's petty and doesn't take any loss. Since QM already doesn't like her, there's nothing holding her back to get back at QM either.

I also wish she stays crazy till the end because it's refreshing to watch.

I came back to Kdrama after 3 years and glad to see our old friend still alive and kicking. lol

Sort of yes. But doesn't seem to last long (at least based on today's ending).

I mean... I'm here to watch these cheesy troppy stuffs in bling bling 4k. So they are right on target at least in my case. haha

She rear ended his car with about 100 km/h. Not sure if it's enough to cause an injury though, but it's there.

And, she's also injured. If you looked closely, there's blood on her forehead.

I shouldn't have started this... I totally forgot kdrama are 2ep/week coz it's been a while. Now I'm back to counting down to Fri and Sat...

This is my first kdrama in like 3 years. Loved it so far, especially at how crazy and unscrupulous Huiju can be. lol
