Ah, the classic case of miscommunication đ¤ (Iâm punching my screen right not)
He is that type of person that wants to deal with things first then tell, but if something comes off-course this system backfires. She is someone that thinks and comes to conclusions first before taking action, but then she acts quickly and openly, but this way she might omit some of the factors in a situation. They clash. He feels guilty for one reason, but is timid and conflicted when it comes to explaining himself (which is quite understandable when you take into consideration what YeNa told him earlier about trying to help SeonMin), so she misunderstands his guilt and tiredness, and feels wronged (rightfully so, from her perspective itâs understandable).
Om my, this drama is sooo good, hitting all the points ... I think Shopping Host is still too nice and a pushover…
Maybe because the higher ups are lowkey targeting him at work, because he tried to help that low-ranking female employee, so the situation was/is messy and he didnât want his wife involved in that. (The Boss lady said that if he doesnât stop meeting with that girl sheâll fire him and might even make Na Jeong suffer the consequences, because sheâs his wife. She also said that (about him meeting that employee) insinuating that he cheated with her on his wife, to which he was visibly taken aback, so I hope that it truly is not the case ( so far, it seems like it is most likely that he tried to help her and sided with her which created a difficult situation at work, but that situation gets twisted and rumors are spread so Na Jeong thinks that he cheated)).
I like all of it so far, but the first two episodes (til after FL comes back to Seoul) of this drama certainly are something else! Itâs not that itâs better, or the rest is worse; itâs just different. The pacing is different and the setting & vibe feels different, with more electric chemistry. I really especially liked that. A getaway on Jeju, like a magic dream before reality starts. Ahn Eun Jin in that blue dress, and them dancing together makes me think about that song âBaby Blueâ by MonstaX, recently releasedâŚ
(I recommend the song, itâs quite good, nostalgic, and the lyrics are all in english)
I wonder for how long theyâre going to keep up the âmisunderstandingâ or the secret of them not actually being married (and then the ML will find out that all his moral dilemma and good-will sacrifices are in vain/useless lol, itâs going to be crazy).
I only watched 1,5 episodes. But my guess is none of the married women will get divorced. Korea is still too conservative…
I hope Na Jeong doesnât (from later episodes it appears so far that her husband is okay), Ju Yeong probably will though (they should, I guess. Anyway I feel like Iâve seen or heard about quite a lot of kdramas featuring women getting divorced, so I donât think that it is a problem, might be wrong tho). And the third lady, Il Ri, canât really do the divorcing since sheâs not married (just dating).
