Not TFM related but can anyone recommend me kdramas which leads became King and Queen or maybe princess and prince…
Actually, I'd say most of them have happy endings. Here are some suggestions:
100 Days My Prince Under the Queen's Umbrella Mr. Queen The King: Eternal Monarch Love in the Moonlight
One really fantastic period drama is The Red Sleeve, but it doesn't have a happy ending, however, it is a beautiful drama in higher league of quality from other period Kdramas. The Crowned Clown is similar.
Also, not set in the palace, but a period drama with lots of comedy is The Tale of Nokdu, also worth watching.
Not too impressed with the slapstick comedy in Ep1. Does it get better?
This drama is pop historical, mostly light but some heavier themes to balance things out. The comedy is largely silly, so you have to be in the right headspace. Keep going or wait till you're in the right mood for this kind of drama.
From what I understood, she slept with both. But 2ML took advantage of her when she was drunk.
I also suspect that, but you never know, there have been some more breaks away the usual formula recently, so we'll have to see. I'm always happy to be surprised lol. Also, i know it's historically accurate but the whole worship of virginity doesn't sit well with me, and this drama isn't historically accurate anyway.
The plots of both this and a girl like me are so very close, it’s surprising it’s not an adaptation of the…
I can see there are a few similarities, but then again the same could be said for many C dramas. However, I've gotta say, regardless of a few plot similarities, this drama is so much better than A Girl Like Me. That drama was so ridiculous and cringeworthy I could barely watch it all the way through lol. This drama may not be a masterpiece, but imo, it's a league above AGLM. Also, now I've watched the latest episodes of CH, I think it's getting better.
The ML simply cannot act and has no charisma. I would have expected him to improve by now but he is a total snoozefest.…
I am sad to say I agree... I watched him in something a while back and enjoyed it, but he really fails to dazzle in this drama for me. I'm having my first experience of 2ML syndrome because Riley Wang is just fabulous in this and I haven't seen him before except for a couple of scenes I've seen of him in Song of the Moon so far. That being said, the ML here is playing more of a quiet bookish type, so let's hope his qualities shine through more with time as the drama develops.
I dunno about you guys, but I'm enjoying this drama more and more. It's not a sophisticated masterpiece, but the it's fast paced, interesting and there is a fair bit of comedy and some depth. Very enjoyable so far.
Also, I never usually get this, but I've really got 2ML Syndrome with this drama. Oh man, I would take Riley Wang in Hanfu with that long hair look any day. Move aside Xing Zhao Lin! 😍
This was amazing, it's been a while since I've been too attached to any drama like that, it gives a lot of Goblin…
It's a very complex drama. I definitely understood it much better when I watched it the second time. I can't think of any plot holes, but the drama is very subtle in some ways which adds to the mystery of it all.
100 Days My Prince
Under the Queen's Umbrella
Mr. Queen
The King: Eternal Monarch
Love in the Moonlight
