Ok, so Babe has a superability known as "Hypersense" and he can smell hear see and sense things that a normal…
Thanks for the explanation. I don't have any idea of Omegaverse. My complaint from the show is that this takes away from the romance completely. Babe is with Charlie coz he seems to be the only option for him, not because he likes him or has any special feelings for him. Not very romantic, is it?
Not sure how I feel about this show as yet. The good is that our leads have amazing chemistry. The bad is that the writing isn't letting that chemistry shine. Those NC scenes had so much potential but ended up being rather tame. Also, the car racing is boring for me, and the friend group isn't very likable either.
That alpha-alpha conversation was the most chemistry-killing thing I ever saw. I mean, Babe could just say that you are lasting longer than the other boys coz you are cute and good in bed. Nah, he says I'm keeping you around coz you don't smell bad like the other boys 🤦🏻♀️ Why even bring the Omegaverse thing into what is looking like a betrayal/love-hate plot?

I hadn't liked the first episode at all coz I felt it kept missing the emotional beats. But no such complaint for this episode. Such an improvement! I knew P'Aof wouldn't let us down.
How lovely was the subtle emotional bonding and physical awareness! Both these guys are hurting in their own ways, and both are like the fox in that rendition of The Little Prince - they need someone to coax them out of their hiding place with patience and understanding. And then there's the attraction both of them are not letting themselves feel but it is making itself FELT. I see the JimmySea hype now. Yup, them got that chemistry!
I'm really sorry to say this but today's episode was so boring. Tew's backstory and all the mafia parts were just lame. How could Tew let that cartoon villain live knowing full well that he is a loose canon, and that his boss will kill him for lying to him? I hope this is part of his plan to leave the gangster life.
I didn't like the confession either. Guy still isn't over Wahl and was dying to kiss him just the night before. Are we really supposed to believe that he was already in love with Tew without realizing it? Even Meen and Ping are not able to sell this sudden confession/kiss to me. Where is the build up? Where is the realization? Where is the explosion of feelings leading to the first kiss? 😖
Mom is beyond redemption. She knows she can do anything and get away with it coz HyoShim is too decent to abandon her. The saddest thing is that it's so bloody realistic. In patriarchal societies, women are expected to keep sacrificing and it's not even considered a sacrifice but their duty. There's a reason women get physically ill after an age - the resentment keeps festering inside and takes the form of an ailment sooner or later.
I'm waiting for the day HyoJun fails the exam for the 5th and last time. He will have no option than to face reality then. Hope he doesn't get a love line with MiRim. She deserves better.
Ruby is going to get pregnant, isn't she? If that happens it will kill her mother.
Got a bit of a whiplash when TaeHo woke up after fainting at his Halmeoni's funeral, and immediately started flirting with HyoShim on the phone. Would have been better if he had mourned Halmeoni's death with HyoShim, instead of having a perky teottbokki date with her.
And finally, TaeMin telling HyoShim that only HE will speak today 🙄 Still he is one of the few people in the show I genuinely feel sorry for. He is emotionally lost, and thinks HyoShim is the light at the end of the tunnel while she has zero interest in him as a man.
That honeymoon was perfect! His Swoonyness seems to have an inclination for BDSM 🤭 Okay, I'll behave.
The date flashed on both their wrists! They are destined to be together (I refuse to believe that they will die on that future date). Glad they opened up to each other about their traumas. Now they are a real couple and back to working as a team again!
Mr. Punchable Face is living in a new delusion now that he is dating the Evil Witch. I look forward to seeing his face when he finds out she is planning to marry the Pompous Ass.
The way YiJoo is giving Cruella one financial hit after another 😄 She already had to buy back all the fakes she sold, and now she has to pay YiJoo her half of the original paintings too! I'm surprised she still has money left to buy the Pompous Ass. I'm hoping the marriage goes through. The Evil Witch be in for quite a treat with the women of her husband's family who are firmly Team YiJoo now 😈
In the beginning DoHyun came across as the tough guy and DongWook as the gentle one. Now it is becoming clear that it's DoHyun who is the softy. He was hurt and is still hurting, but instead of an explanation he is getting more of DongWook's dominating charm. Poor boy is trying very hard not to fall for him again but it's not working.
DongWook is harder to read. I guess we will be able to see more of his POV in the next episodes.
I hope Episode 5 is the last time DoGuk looks weak and helpless. His Swoonyness only gets to slay from now on, or I'm not playing 😡
Poor YiJoo was all happy to make a new beginning after getting Halmeoni's blessings, but then another bomb struck. And then she was too out of it to appreciate that this time she had DoGuk by her side to clean her feet and tap her to sleep.
Her father is too greedy to skip the wedding on his own. Most probably he has been drugged by the evil mother so that YiJoo doesn't have anyone to walk her down the aisle. Plus no sister to catch her bouquet. She and DoGuk need to show them all that success is the best revenge.
Speaking of revenge, I feel that the shady Secretary has something to do with the man whose wife died by suicide.
The chemistry is chemistrifying! The push and pull of their present-day dynamics, their burgeoning attraction as teenagers - oh so heart-fluttering.
There's a lot of hurt and longing behind the tough faces they are showing each other in the present day. Their flashback faces are softer, less cynical. Ah, the FEELS!
I gave up after 15 minutes. I'm always mentally prepared for some (or a lot of) absurdities in Thai BLs, but no amount of mental gymnastics are helping me sit through Jade's screeching.
A set up episode, so kind of boring. But now that the backstories of both their misfortunes are out of the way, we can get down to their relationship progress - which promises to be intense! Both these guys are hurting and trying very hard not to let anyone see the extent of their suffering. Eventually they will allow each other to 'see' what no one else can, and I'm excited to watch their journey to that place of happy surrender.
The actors are all doing well. Poor Jimmy is terribly miscast as he looks too posh to be a believable impoverished rowdy. But he is visibly trying, and Jimmy-Sea do have a warm chemistry. In P'Off I trust! Waiting for him to do his magic again with this series.
Even though all the episodes have dropped together, I'm going to watch one episode every day. This KBL has come after a long time and there isn't one up for release for a long time either, so I plan to enjoy it slowly.
Really liked the first episode. The close-ups, the camera work, the lighting, are all peak K-romance. The boys are gorgeous and they can act - we already have a good idea of their characters and the chemistry can be felt the moment they face each other. I'm tempted to press next but will control myself and savour this through the week.
Loved all the interactions between Tew and Guy 🥰 Tew is down bad, and not only has he happily acknowledged it to himself, he is going all out to create a bond with Guy. Setting up a Shabu restaurant to show Guy a legitimate business? Swoony but also problematic. He is mafia and Guy is a babe in the woods. Making someone so naive fall for you under false pretenses can backfire pretty bad. In a way Wahl did everyone a favour by showing Guy the truth about Tew. Now it's angst time!
I'm not liking the second couple. They look bad and act bad. Their story makes no sense either. Are we supposed to believe a mafia henchman into 'sex and drugs' business can't figure out that his employee is hitting on him? Thank the heavens the wannabe-Vegas was on the screen only for a couple of minutes.
