I'm beginning to really love and appreciate business dramas...City of the City (c-drama) just ended and now I want another one to air lol. Less than two weeks left anyway so not long to wait! Been waiting so long for this one (new picture is so pretty too).

Agreed! Always remember to vote for individual episodes too. It's quite rare we get c-dramas of this (very high) quality and I'd love to see more of them.
If they can't release this in China, perhaps they could consider selling the rights to an overseas company or…
So true, and whilst they're at it sell the rights for Winner is King, Eternal Faith and all those other unaired danmei adaptions whilst they're at it. They get $$$ and we get to (finally) watch the shows, so everyone's happy. Well, I'll wear my 🤡pin again and hope this does get aired next month. I'd hate to break a bad habit of three years after all lol.
It's been a long time since I have seen a good thriller cdrama.
There were a couple last year with Lost 13th Floor, The Long Season, Desire Catcher, Thirteen Years of Dust etc but certainly very very rare which is unfortunate. Whilst I love k-thrillers, c-drama ones hit differently. This one is also very dark and disturbing which makes things all the better lol...I am so beyond impressed with the first couple of episodes.
Not sure about the song/ artist name (I read a Youtube comment saying it was Desireless -Endless Pain and unreleased but no idea if that's true or not)
I’m hoping third time’s the charm for ZXC when it comes to suspense/crime dramas since MIK was a dud for me…
Hopefully third time is the charm for him and ZXC certainly hasn't had much luck in this genre...which is a shame as I love the genre and he's one of my favourite actors. Fingers crossed this one's well received.

All spoilers from the novel ofc... 1) Happy ending ie if Zhou Xiang (Joe here) and Yan Ming Xiu (Ming) are together at the end? Yes. 2) He doesn't get his old body back, but his "remains" are found shortly after he wakes up. We never hear anything else from the other ZX/ Joe. Tried to be as brief as possible :).
