WoW, I was seriously looking forward to this series but it's even better than I imagined. The only problem with…
The man is so beautiful looking I kept forgetting I needed to read the subtitles 🤣what a shame, now I'll have to re-watch the episode! I'm impressed that (so far) it's very faithful to the novel which is what I was hoping for. Both leads have great chemistry as you say too...the downside is I think I'll be too impatient to wait a couple of months til this is done airing to watch it all at once. Excellent start and I hope it continues.
first episode might not be amazing, but it's not bad or boring and it fits the theme - what did you expect exactly…
Honestly I expected pretty much what we were given (at least after the four episodes I watched this morning). This sort of story is very much my cup of tea and not one I find boring at all personally, for me it's a welcome change of pace. Also I'm very happy that Yoo Ah In has been given a healthy amount of screen time (I just hope that continues to be the case in the later episodes).
8 episodes? didn't the official account announce that were were going to be so many more than that?
Yep shogotanOshi says a few comments down that the whole drama is meant to run for 24-26 episodes in total which would be great. Very happy with the first episode anyway (and a likewise big, big thanks to Oshiroen for subbing this).
Is it really bl? Because there's no Romance, love or gay, lgbtq word in the genre or tags..
Yep you're right, really sorry! I haven't checked back here in a bit and I know people were speculating as there are a lot of popular pairings tied to the project so I was assuming there would be some romance in here (if only slight). Guess we'll see, if not I'm fine with a good zombie horror series.
Same >.> the pilot looked so good as well.Oh well, at least we have the novel...*reluctantly removes from to-watch…
Hm...you could try the tumblr link in the discussion topics and see if that one works for you! Checked the link for me and it works...can you get on the Wattpad website? If so try do a search for "Red Peacock" there (by LuckyCasualty). Good luck :)
It looks like Disney will have two great shows on Wednesday - this one and Blood Free. I am positively surprised…
Blood Free is indeed fantastic (and I'm sure HotO will be as well)...just hope Disney have something else just as good lined up for us when they end! So many excellent dramas this month - I have no idea how that happened but I'm certainly not complaining.
As a horror fan I liked the Bram Stoker's Dracula throwbacks in the trailer a fair bit... Not too keen on vampires these days but I'm curious how this drama will play out now (maybe it will be a tad on the darker side *fingers crossed* horror BLs are so much fun).
I'm not a fan of romcoms but if there is EarthMix in it I'll watch it. (i'm also not into CP but EarthMix are my exception🤣love them and their dramas).
I'm loving it. I just finished ep 20. All the actors are excellent, great story, relationships, business, everything…
I don't get them either. Too many dramas I have no interest in are rated highly, too many excellent dramas are rated far too low so I don't find ratings useful anymore. Drama is very very good and a welcome change of pace.
I'm asexual myself and I've gotten used to it over time as many people expect these things (i.e kissing, sex,…
Oh do try and check out 7 Days if you're in the mood to! It's the same director/ screenwriter as for 180 Degree and it's a deceptively deep and meaningful story. It prompted me to go out and buy all Patrick Rangsimant's novels I could find translated ( 7 Days is adapted from one of his books, but Tu Punnasak Sukee was the scriptwriter for it...wow Thai names are so long!). Quite a few of his novels are set to get drama adaptions and sound interesting as it's a lot of psychological stories and thrillers (two of my favourite genres). My Ride has been adapted but I couldn't get into that one at all as the main character annoyed me too much.
It's when you check out a drama and have people asking if there will be romance when it isn't even the tags. Which is fine if that's what they enjoy, but if there is a giant push along the line to always have a love story subplot I don't really like the implication on story-telling, especially when around 90% of dramas already are romances to start with. Especially when I've only watched three romance dramas so far this year, Unknown included.
For people from the UK it's £72 to buy all the episodes. That's insaaaane. When pirating is available... Even…
I'm from the UK and I'd not pay £72 for an annual subscription, let alone a 12 episode drama. That is so beyond insane. I also don't know anything about BTS but I suppose the assumption is their fans are big spenders...

And this is the sort of plotline I'd love to see more of in BLs...looks amazing.
