End of ep12... How on Earth does he get to be that handsome?! ...I could watch him all day doing nothing - well, maybe washing cars (shirt optional.... maybe).

He's not aro, though, he did say he wants a meaningful romance, just not the sex life. He is ace, though, and him being just an observer on the sides does make him the best person to notice the flaws/break points and try to mend them :D

Soooo... the conspiracy started in school days, what with (whatever they're hiding) the whole elite school clique. Turns out JJK didn't even finish that highschool because he ended up being expelled. I guess he kept sending anonymous letters, LOL.

I also thought his manic persona was due to the drugs - but NOBODY, partner included, bats an eye when he's being crazy. So I guess that's who he actually is, a loose cannon people have learned to handle with care. I should've realised it sooner, when he went around shooting blanks and threatening to shoot real bullets at people even before he was drugged.

The preview for next week looks intense. The second ep kind of slowed down in the second half, with the whole funeral rigmarole. But then, he wouldn't be able to do a whole inquest on his own, not while not telling anyone anything. So maybe when other people find out, he'll have more helpers to get him out of trouble...

I was LOL @the security officer at the subway station, he was ALL OVER the shenanigans with the two idiots carrying JJK into the station. He was having his Bond, James Bond moment and JJK was fuming next to him, LOL.

The drug-making seems to be on a small scale so far, minus the mad torturers LOL, they were so over the top. But the distributor might be the endgame. We'll see.

So, at this point in time, I have two suspects for the position of "Doctor": either Heo SooJong (because he's way too open and secret-free, he's already annoyingly squeaky clean, LOL), and Kim ChangSoo (his detective partner, he's following closely and not buying the "I'm not a druggie" story. He might know things.

Also, Cho HanGyeol (playing young JaeKyung) is giving me such vibes of Jeong YunHo. They're pretty similar in looks, but not really the same, but they both give off a calm atmosphere. I like this kid.

I don't really remember... but even so, given this is a drama doing drama stuff, I still think there's a chance he's the son.

Then again, I checked the cast and names of charas, and the dad was Chief Jung, MWJ's chara's name is Han... so unless he was later adopted, maybe he isn't the son?... I'll just keep imagining he is, until it's shown (or not).

Did we see him during the short funeral sequence?! Maybe it was another child. In this ep, GwiJu tells her that the man who probably saved her - if it wasn't him - must be his colleague who died and left behind his wife and toddler. It didn't sound like the son would be that old...

So am I crazy but is Moon WooJin's chara, the boy who (not so quietly) likes I-Na, the son of the firefighter who died when he took over GwiJu's shift?!

Normally that would be totally impossible, but this is a drama - a drama on superpowers, to boot - so ANYthing is possible,

I kind of think he IS. And would that change the dynamics between them?...

PS The mom mentioning that any mutation of their powers needs a sacrifice is ominous. Don't do that show!

You know... seeing the main cast and main support actors lined up like that, it strikes me that Ji Sung is basically the shortest among them, bar his FL, LOL.

In The Devil Judge he seemed larger than life. Here, he's so smol.

The way they split the work of being parents while also having acting careers is so wholesome - when he's doing a drama, she stays with the kids, and then she does a drama and he's staying with the kids, and they take turns so that neither is losing too much time in either capacity :) That's actually a smart way of successfully raising a family :)

I don't know if 85 kgs would be too much on him, but yeah, since he wanted to portray someone on drugs, he probably would have lost the weight anyway. I wonder if they used that process in the drama (we'll see). As for the hyperventilation - OMG I KNOW!! You're trying to speak or walk or anything while taking fast short breaths, it makes you dizzy immediately LOL. People with heart problems, don't do this if you can evade it, it might make you unconscious pretty fast!

I'm going on a limb here and assume everybody who rated it pretty low did it because it's basically almost unavailable to watch anywhere and they got mad. I mean, Viki doesn't have it in my region (Europe) - where DO they have it?! - , and obviously a lot of international fans can't watch it on SBS, so it's just Kocowa and/or pirate sites.

When you're only really giving ONE option to watch a much-waited for drama, people will get frustrated.
