Cha Se Gye is down bad for Shin Seo Ri. He finds her so lovable, adorable, and cute. It’s written all over his face, his eyes, and his smirks.

I love how Se Gye goes along with Seo Ri’s traditional Korean. He even referred to himself as “서방님,” the way Korean people address husbands during the old days. I also love how Se Gye explains things to Seo Ri whenever she does not understand, without ever mocking her.

I have to admit, some of Se Gye’s lines are cheesy when read casually. Yet, the way he delivered it gives me all the flutters! I’m so loving this drama (so far). I am finally feeling the K-romcom euphoria and it’s still going strong! 😍❤️

The plot is THICkening! 👀 At this point, there’s basically one bath/shower scene every episode.

If Cheng Lei is the iconic bath gege of C-dramas, then Hoe Nam Jun is becoming the bath oppa of K-dramas. Not complaining though. 🙂🥂

The way HE looks at her though! The way he follows her traditional korean way of speaking. ARGHHH loving this

Ending

Honestly, that was a good most possible ending. The ending treated the romance as a girl’s first love/puppy love that she will eventually grow from. It’s really like a student’s cute innocent crush towards their teacher and I like that the teacher doesn’t play into it/reciprocate and instead just treats them as students. Somehow the ending is actually realistic. The snow symbolism helps it from falling flat.

I wonder how they will end this drama. 👀

If Li Zhen were to be kicked out again from the Li family, I hope the one(s) who bring her back is not the usual people who’s on her side but the people who’s so adamant about kicking her out and getting rid of her. 🙃😤😖

Episodes 5 and 6 are simply cute and adorable 😍😆

This show really got me embarrassed thinking of the things I did back in school. 😅 It’s so hilariously silly.

Man, this show is so relatable. Out of PHY’s three similar works, this one is most relatable and personal for me.

Even though some scenes give me secondhand embarrassment, this drama is cute! It really feels like summer, at least for now.

Yess that’s for sure. It’s just a pity that even after more than half of the drama has aired, the ML’s character is still flat.

Male lead - Not sure if this is a spoiler.

I feel like they downplay the ML’s role and character in this drama. I completely understand that this drama is about the heir, Li Zhen, but it’s just a pity that they miss out on the potential of the ML. The ML doesn’t have to be Li Zhen’s knight in shining armor but at the very least I hope his character could have depth. Maybe the narrative could also explore just a bit more of his story. I can’t even remember his name aside from Qi and Luo.

I feel like he has no contribution to the plot apart from making Li Zhen’s life just a bit easier, which she could actually do herself. Even the military assignment kept being pushed aside and ended up like that. I actually thought the manchild was about to comeback as this charismatic and commanding ML but he turns out flat.
