Basically he’s still a manchild. Even after 2-3 years of training under Marshal Qi, he’s still bad at strategizing. That’s also proven by how he almost failed at the task Marshal Qi assigned him if not for him giving all that he has to help cover the cost. I’m disappointed with the way his character is written.

It’s not about growing up in trade though. His strategizing and planning skills should have been developed when he served in the military under Marshal Qi. Also, his planning doesn’t have to be perfect but here, it’s just SO BAD. He was impulsive because he was under pressure. 🤦♀️
How is the romance in this? Any kiss scenes? When do they get together?
The romance is minimal because it’s not a central plot. If you want romance, I don’t recommend watching this because it’s heavier on the ink industry and business.
