All that show had was the chemistry, so if they fail even in that aspect, it will be just a disaster.

As for casting - getting into BLs is not as popular in Korea as in Thailand. The number of actors Thai shows can go through during auditions is for sure far bigger than in Korea.

One thing that for me Thai shows fail at during casting is: once they find a good pairing, they keep them together as long as possible in as many projects as possible. For me, it gets boring real fast...

acting workshops are not really a thing in Korean entertainment overall. It's not just BLs. The idea is - actors already are actors and should know how to present the role without outside guidance of acting coaches. As in, it's not production team's job to teach these actors how to act. They have script readings etc, but I did not hear about workshops being done for dramas in Korea. And honestly speaking, not like Thai BLs are usually a top performance material. Yes, there are a few amazing actors, but most are decent at best. It's the issue in the whole BL industry, no matter the country.

the whole finding body is illogical overall. Found by whom? Coz technically speaking most of these people's bodies were not missing - people who killed them have hide them. Like... how many people need to know where the body is for the person to be able to move to the afterlife?

exactly. Not only were the participants part of the game and entertainment, but also the operators. They were also part of the game, even tho they did not know it themselves. they probably all thought it was coincidence someone they knew was in the game.

My favorite scene from the last episode was their talk about both of them having their own dreams and working towards them. Gun showed a lot of maturity even adults are incapable of. After being open about wanting to sing for Tinn during Wave stage, how much he cared if he was part of the audience, hearing he won't make it would hurt, would make him feel disappointed (not necessarily in Tinn but the circumstances themselves), but he was able to put aside his feelings and understand that the same way he dreams of being a singer and it's his goal, and Wave will get him close to it, the same way Tinn's chat with the doctor would be a huge help of him getting close to being a doctor. I loved how he went: we both have our dreams and we will do great. He both assured himself and Tinn.

As if ALL horrors in ALL subgenres rely on gore and bad guys are never punished. Just because i like horror does not mean i like all subgenres and all tropes. I can also like a trope but find it either poorly executed or unnecessary in a specific story.

also, the gross part was not about gore, but more of a "feeling way too much like a tentacle porn rather than horror" scene

It seems like a high budget drama that had not enough time for the post-production editing. Some CGI looks amazing, but some seems simply unfinished.

I see quite a few people not liking the slower introduction and I get it, but for me it's perfect. The show has 16 episodes and it's a romantic comedy. They either need to take their time to establish characters and have a slow but natural progression and good pacing, or add random bullshit to fill that screentime 😂 Not to mention, personally I prefer to know the characters as individuals before I start seeing them interacting with each other.

The only complaint I have is the creepy stalker student. I hope she will not be there for the comedic bits, and they will truly show her as creepy and inappropriate...

I will watch season 2 and I will most likely be disappointed...
The issue I have is how... boring all the characters are. There is nothing new nor refreshing about majority of them.

Honest, the best part of the story, the character with most depth and the one with best performance was the girl who had the abusive boyfriend...
