The only thing wrong with this drama is that it was TOO SHORT!
I highly recommend the novel - even if you've completed the drama. It could have been a longer series had they added more detail from the novel, and the last chapter was ... well you'll see.
Kano and Ogami are definitely one of the most handsome pairs I've ever seen. ❤️
omg same i thought i was the only one lol i really hate when ppl get veneers when they have perfectly fine teeth…
Yes - slightly imperfect teeth are more attractive and can even be sexy - in the same way that a mole or freckle can set you apart and become your signature. Fashions coolest smiles are imperfect.
I don't typically like dramas this dark and physically and emotionally violent, but this one really sucked me in - more like grabbed me by the throat and won't let go. But seriously, this is well done.
While I'm sad we won't get an episode next week, I actually think it's brilliant timing. It will give lots of people a chance to catch up, and the rest of us time to absorb and think about all that's happened.
We're half way through and all the conflicts have been so wonderfully and creatively laid bare. Now, I think the really juicy stuff will start happening. Are you ready for things to start climaxing?
I don’t want to be mean, but I really do want a different stylist for Mawin’s hair. I just don’t think it’s…
I totally agree - it's so annoying for me because I like to see an actor's face - the window to their soul. However, from that perspective, it may cover his face to show he's hiding in the shadows and there's a wolf behind the facade just waiting to attack.
and i think that might be why Jira is compelled to Koh more, because while he is a massive asshole, he never once…
I totally agree - with regard to Pheem, I think Jira likes what he sees, but he knows somethings not clicking. As you say, I think consciously or subconsciously he knows he's performative - a player. When Jira stopped sketching Pheem at the gallery patio - it wasn't the first (or last I suspect) time he said to himself - this isn't working. Later, at the door to his apt when he said I can't go in, I think his subconcious was saying - I can't go in with you.
With Ko, Jira's mind says run, but his heart (and his wallet) says stay. When Ko started crying looking at the angel painting - that was huge for Jira! Koh later being visited by his angel was one of the most beautiful scenes thus far.
I had to laugh when Mawin and Ko made fun of his wine stained shirt. 😂 And after Ko got his own version of the wine stained shirt back from the butler something clicked for Ko - and he headed right to the bar to asked if they'd been there together.
It was a good series overall ... I'm going to ignore all the grey hi ts of the characters because I loved them...…
I thought the placement was a bit odd, but that was Jeonghan and Iljo - I guess showing that Iljo liked him years ago, and Jeonghan being all cool and saying you are always welcome any time.
This is absolutely my fav on-going series right now! I smiled through the entire ep 5! The acting by both leads is wonderful - and the magnetic attraction they have for each other is palpable!
I just read the novel as well and it's the perfect companion to the series.
Plus, Kano learned what is perhaps the most important business lessons you can learn - there's no "I" in team, and the smartest, most creative person in the room is always the team.
Ko is one of my favorite character types - and Off is playing it to perfection! He's a driven, intelligent, and morally grey character - with lots of emotional baggage. He's motivated by revenge and wanting to prove himself, but deep inside he cares about people and justice.
He reminds me of Xie Wei in Story of Kunning Palace. I'm guessing Jira (like Xue Ning) will realize Ko's intentions are basically good - even if he does bad things to achieve his goals. And in the process, Jira will help Ko realize his best self while at the same time helping him achieve his good goals.
If you saw SOKP you'll remember Xue Ning - just like Jira - also initially thought she was attracted to the good guy - the safe guy. But, in the end the two damaged characters choose each other.
Gun is a good actor but the material often drifts in this series into indulgence for him. From the shorts to the…
I basically agree with most of your critique, but I think the basic reason both are drawn to Jira is because he makes them both feel seen. Plus they're both ukes attracted to a cute seme.
Please stop trying to recruit people to join your fan war bullshit. You're obviously using a burner account - what's you regular one? You've rated precisely two shows at atp: Burnout Syndrome 10 Me and Thee 1 like wtf?
This is shaping up to be one of my favorite Thai BLs. Everyone clearly knows their assignment and the acting is flawless so far. 🤞Fingers crossed because so many shows start strong and go south. Loving it so far.

But he's also like a mirage - the closer you get the more you see it's not what you thought it was.

black and white cigarettes? I figure there must be because it's so omnipresent.
Or perhaps it was just product placement for cigaronne royal slims.
Trend - get in line - it's a long line.

Looks like the professor will finally be caught redhanded - yes!
