IrenaK I am so glad the girl didn't forgive those guys. They wouldn't have changed at all if they had been released, because they thought it was still just some ERPB game to them. But damn, that ending? Was that the guy who killed Hwajin's fiancé? 😳🧐

Hwajin in elementary school reminded me a lot of Arnold Schwarzenegger in Kindergarten Cop. Especially the whistle moments... 😅But damn, Ujin's mother... She's insufferable. It was literal terror she put Ms Choi through. I am so glad Hanrim got to her at the last moment and that she found a way to heal. And poor Ujin had to live in such a toxic family... It was so satisfying to see Hwajin pester that woman the same way she did with Ms Choi. At least in the end she understood that she was the one abusing her son, not anyone else... 😌P.S. I have a feeling that we might get a romance arc for Hanrim and Bong. And guess what? I kind of hope now that they give us that, actually. 🤭

I like how all of those cases are linked in more than just one way.And I really loved seeing the boys from episode 2! I watched that episode a while ago, so it really feels like time has passed. 🤗Hanrim's backstory explains why she wants justice so badly, as she has gone through a similar situation. I really love her character, her bond with Hwajin, and her funny dynamics with Bong. 🥹And I had a hunch that Hwajin was just pretending with that teacher, because that behavior was so out of character for him! I am glad I didn't doubt him. 😌And Choi Gangseok's speech during the trial with all the cameras on him... oh, chills. Loved it!

I didn't expect anything otherworldly, impossibly grand, or overly complex to take down the Sect Master, and honestly, I love how they did it. It was simple enough yet still took some scheming. So, the initial question in the synopsis was correct — it just came down to who could outsmart whom. 😌I am not sure if that day really was Feiyan's actual birthday, but I choose to look at it more metaphorically than any other way... It's the day when she's finally free from the shackles of the Tianxiang Sect and can finally live the life she wants. So, why wouldn't someone call such a day their birthday? 🥹🥳🫂Also, an open ending? Yes, it seems so... So, are they considering giving us a season 2? This was a fun ride, and I wouldn't mind it, yet I don't know what it would be about if the Tianxiang Sect is disbanded now. 🤔

This episode was crazy! 😲 I had a hunch the Sect Master "poisoned" himself and very likely wasn't the one who got killed. But, damn, I can't deny how smart and cunning he is... 🫣 I didn't expect him to kill Sixth Batou, because for a moment he confused me as I started to think that maybe he really was his biological son... Though, I am sad Second Batou killed himself, and it did seem like the Sect Leader was genuinely sad too. 😔I wonder what Fourth Batou will do for Jiaxian to save him and Feiyan from that boiling oil. 😳

So, the Sect Master's scheme is that he makes all of those children orphans and then takes them in to use them for everything Feiyan told Chengming at the beginning of this episode? I thought it was maybe Feiyan's mother only, but turns out it's like this... 🥺😤 Oh, I can't wait to see his downfall!

That comment about peeing, lol... Good save, Chengming! Good save. 😅But I was very upset about Liang. Him believing Xijiao had safely left and that the Sect Master is SO good, like Buddha. Honestly, I am glad Chengming told him the truth and shattered that sparkling bubble he lived in, because Liang deserved it. He had to know and understand... 😟

The way Soran lost her daughter and them showing almost all of it to us... This drama really doesn't spare its viewers! But even if it's something that might be hard to watch, it gives an insight into how it was when a country was invaded/occupied by another. 🥺 But, damn, the FL really can't escape bumping into the ML, right? And he even tripped her so he could catch her so gracefully and in classic K-drama style... 🤭

I wasn't going to watch this as it airs, but somehow here I am... And, wow, I am so impressed! I hope they can keep the same pace, tension, and pretty much everything at the same level throughout all the episodes.

What a backstory for that scheme! 🫣 Chengming continues to surprise me with how clever he is. He managed to find a way to save Li Long and even both Feiyan and Second Batou. 👏😌 And considering the Sect Master wanted him involved... Though, what's his reason for that, I wonder, if he doesn't really believe he's his son... Or maybe he still does? 🤔But I am relieved that Second Batou has turned his attention to Sixth Batou. It will be interesting to see how that will go down.

Liang is such a good friend and worries so much about Chengming. If only he knew Chengming is many steps ahead and already knows that the Sect Master is onto him. But still, his worry was cute... If only he hadn't lost his beloved. 😔 OR, considering Feiyan has saved all those girls before, maybe she saved her too? 🤔And now, once again, I am not sure what will happen with Chengming—does he already have a counterplan to act against the Sect Master and Sixth Master, or have they caught him by surprise? I kind of doubt he wouldn't have planned any of this ahead and didn't prepare for this confrontation... 🫣

It does look like the game is related to the sins written in the intro — "greed", "wrath", "pride", "vanity", "sloth", "gluttony", and "lust". And there's also "despair" which very likely works as an overarching feeling/theme and might even be a reason for the capital D in the title making kiDnap GAME into "game of despair". 🤔I am not sure yet which sin each country could represent, but my guess so far is like this:Japan (bullet): Capture the Mastermind -> wrath?South Korea (lightbulb): Commit Murder -> pride?Singapore (hourglass): Clear the checkpoints within the time limits and reach the goal -> gluttony?Thailand (pouring wine): Make Benz Wang admit and publicly confess his drug syndicate ties -> vanity?Philippines (pot with coins): Prepare 10 million pesos in cash -> greedTaiwan (apple): Expose the sex video with your affair partner to the light of day -> lustHong Kong (empty, broken photo frame): Release proof that you falsified water quality data for the thermal power plant construction project five years ago -> sloth?

What a nice fall for Tang Yushan! But to be honest, they fooled me. I thought they were caught and that it would be tough to get out of that situation... I really should have known better by now. 🫣That detail about feet after someone is hanged... very interesting. Is that true? If so, anyone who wants a murder to look like suicide by hanging should be caught easily, no? 🤔

Right I was — Master Swaddler IS after Chengming. I wonder how soon he will get something to actually use to expose him. 🤔And I really enjoy this scheme. Which, funnily enough, feels more believable than some of the other ones they played. 😅

Hello, Yucheng from Road to Splendor! 👋 This time of course, the actor plays a character that is a terrible one. 🫣Was the little girl Feiyan in her childhood? Considering her mother almost killed her then... And was that the Tianxiang Sect's leader who saved her, or maybe another man she probably could secretly work for? 🤔I am kind of excited for what she's hiring Chengming for. Yet, I worry he might be in a little trouble within the Sect. They were already looking for ways to find out more about Chengming, and now the old acquaintance appeared shouting Wang Jiaxian's name across the room... 😬
