Yeap, the thing is that the English [CC] subs are from the dubbed version that's why they are different. I tested it on mine too.
The regular ones are fine but the CC ones are basically the dubbed version of the drama. If you watch that scene with English dub you'll see the subs are coresponding 100% that's why they suck.

Are you from the US? I think that there some shows only have the English [CC] which generally is different that the English subs and there are a lot of instances like the one you mention . For those yes, it appears for me like you said, but the English subs (without CC) are fine.

Edit: you're watching the subs from the dubbed version of the drama, that's why they suck. It's not the translator's fault. If you watch it dubbed, you'll see she says the words in the subs.

Episode 1 was good, but I'm not 100% sold yet. There are way too many dialogues and the speed of subs made it a bit tiring at some point.

Plus at some points it looks like it is dubbed and the dubbing is off. The plot is interesting but I'm not sure how to explain it, I feel like they are trying to create a certain atmosphere and they are failing.
