I think this is the worst drama i have ever seen by pby and she is one of my all time favorite actress. So much…
I respectfully disagree with this. PBY did an amazing job, even as someone who has watched shows she was in this was my absolute favorite. Aside from that, the drama did such a great job in what it was portraying. Not all shows is about the romantic parts, or needs to be judged based on that.
Daily Dose of Sunshine isn't supposed to be a light rom-com. It's a story about the reality of mental health, which is messy, heavy, and sometimes heartbreaking. The romance wasnβt meant to be the central plot but more like a reminder that support, care, and connection exist even in the darkest moments. It wasn't made to sugarcoat things, it was made to open to conversations people avoid. The romance shouldn't be the reason why it should be "the worst drama you have ever seen"
LOL tell me why i thought this was a series, and was actually waiting for it to update until i checked and saw that it was a movie. πππ but either way it was okay.
Please recommend similar dramas! I want a well written toxic male lead !!!
I would recommend Story of the Kunning Palace, bcz the male lead was a huge red flag ππ. But unlike this show, it was a good ending. Edit - The King's woman is also a goood oneeee
just because xiao yao and xiang liu were doomed from the start doesn't mean iβll stop wishing they were endgame.…
I have said it to numerous of people, TSJ had so many fucking flaws, I was truly disappointed by how his character played out at the end of the show. He had times he never kept his promise to XY and needed to just take a step back and use that damn brain of his. And to reply to your first comment.
"just like akumau, i also don't really care if people like jing, ship xiao yao with jing, or whatever etc (i even commented before that i believe xiao yao loved both him and xiang liu by the end of the story) but i donβt agree with people insisting that xiao yao ONLY ever loved jing, NEVER loved xiang liu (in a romantic sense at that), and that jing is the best, kindest, or most selfless person."
I also get this part. XY loved them both, my point to everyone is too see that TSJ was truly the best fit for her. I have even told Kotuto earlier, if XL left his duties, and truly never had a strong loyal character, TSJ would have had ZERO chance. XL would have been the end game. But he didn't, so if he didn't why bother?
