please dont be like Monster Next Door - where trailer (or pilot?) was amazing but then the actual series went…
I agree totally. I kept waiting for MND to be released then I watched each week for the romance to take center stage. It never really did. What a waste of Big's talent (and beauty).
I have the razor blades ready. Thanks so much for your kind thoughts. Maybe you could be in Mr. Trump's Cabinet too??? He could use some more malevolence.
Just ask the British, China, Russia and Europe what we did. You're probably too young or too stupid to even remember the war. Stop acting like such a total ass-hat, you dipstick.
You ain't kiddin'. I can't believe three sad storylines at once. It is very well done though, the music was great too, even if I didn't know what they were saying.
What is with the 2nd half of each episode being nothing but BTS crap. Like we don't already know that these actors are not comfortable filming SS kisses and romance. Do we need to see that every week???
Why bother baiting us with a thirty minute episode if you can't even deliver 15 minutes of content. Are we sure the producers are not from the PRC instead of Taiwan?
Most young people in Korea are accepting of gay people, things are changing there.
I totally agree. But often times the younger folks seem reluctant to go against their parents wishes. We had a hell of a time in the US trying to change the minds of our parents back in the seventies. But by the 2010's things were getting better.
I don't envy young Koreans their task ahead. These things take time. All I can do is wish all of you good luck.
but surprised to me that when i travelled to tianjin, i saw a lot of gay couples holding hands openly
China was getting quite liberal once their capitalist miracle started happening. We in the West were hoping that the Chinese people might start demanding more freedom, but what happened in Hong Kong kinda showed us what to expect.
I never said that there weren't a lot of gays in the PRC. They are almost out but still stigmatized by their own government, not free to marry etc. Taiwan seems to have the right idea when it comes to human rights and freedoms. Now they have to worry about getting invaded by the PRC.
Our prayers in the West are with the people, not the government, of China.
Like we are not suffering enough with Trump as our next president.
