IrenaK Twists and turns in this episode, but at least they are not getting a divorce! 😮💨Huiju's brother did an amazing job with the press conference! 👏It seems like PM Min is embracing the antagonist role completely now, but I don't understand if his goal is just to get Huiju for himself (which never will happen, might I add), or just get rid of Ian out of jealousy—or maybe other reasons... 🤷♀️ I really hope Ian wasn't inside that burning building after all. 🙏As for the Queen Mother, I hope she sees now that she cannot continue the way she has and she needs to change—if not for herself, then at least for her son. The poor boy is suffering and living in constant stress and emotional misery. He needs to be protected not as a king, but as a child. 🥺🫂And a joy for my eyes was the beautiful and passionate scene of our leads. 🤗❤

This episode was quite an emotional roller-coaster! 😮Firstly, we had all the drama and fear for the lives of our main couple. It was very, very emotional, especially from Prince Ian's side. And the twist that the target was actually the Prince? No wonder all our villains were confused about what the hell happened! I am pretty sure the Queen or her father is behind this. 🤔🤨Secondly, I am very curious what that maid said to PM Min! 🧐 I somehow expected that to maybe be in the Epilogue, but we got some rom-com lovey-dovey moments instead. Not that I'm complaining, though! 🤭💕And thirdly, I want to know who found the contract and how they organized the leaking. I already have some suspects, and one of them is actually PM Min. 🤨 But atm there's too many possibilities, so the truth there is quite unpredictable. 🤷♀️

Wow, it all started so dramatically and heavy... Didn't expect that. 🫣Shen Jialan losing all of her family because her fiancé's family let her family take all the blame to save their own skin? Her barely escaping death just by coincidence because of an act of kindness she and her mother had done a few days ago? And now her having to live under the slave girl's name and, I assume, eventually try to make the Lin family pay for what they did? 😯From the premiere alone, I expect this story to be something that's just right up my alley... 🙂↕️And, omg, the little cousin was such a brave and strong girl for being willing to die alongside the women of her family. Her drinking the poison really broke my heart. 😭💔

I saw Jingao in the courtroom — did he warn the Emperor in advance about the rebellion? But kudos to Han Liang for helping to change the ministers' minds (don't know if it was intentional or not, though), and to the Emperor for seizing Zhao Jin and Dai Qing. 👏👍I knew Lanxiang would return for Jinqi... I had that hunch. And Jinqi's men arriving at almost the last moment before he would have been found. 😮💨What an episode... really. And I was so afraid Jinlan would die when he went out with Yingzhi to meet the soldiers, but to be fair, I still am. His illness is winning, as it seems. 🥺🤧P.S. Does anyone know the meaning behind those beans or peanuts (not sure which ones they were, but they might be beans) Jinlan gave to his wife before going out with Yingzhi?

"I like you." — three words and she's already messing with his head. 😏"Thou shalt not steal." — and he knows her ways all too well already. 🤭I am really looking forward to them working side by side and hearing their daily banter a lot. 😌 As for the cliffhanger, maybe they made us believe she's in trouble, but in reality she's going to be taken to some secret hideout to talk about the spy stuff? 🤔The scene with the "boss" hitting her and No-ma and then trying to take her by force made me feel so uncomfortable and nervous. I hoped that one of them would kill the guy. Sadly, they didn't.😳😞 P.S. And now we know that "100 Days of Deception" means those three months she agreed to be their spy.

"Other than Lanxiang, what woman's face could I possibly remember for over ten years?" — Lin Jinqi. 🤗🥰The man who helped Wan get back to the city was indeed Xie Zhao, and the person under the hat of course was Du Cuique. The man who wanted to "serve" her looked a bit furious that Lin Jinqi was the one his Master once wanted to marry... Could it be jealousy? 🤨That scene with Marquis Yuan's death was very well done, in my opinion. Though, I am sad he was killed.And now I'm worried that something bad might happen to Lin Jinqi on the battlefield. Too many people are out for his blood... 🥺 His little children helping him pack, and Zhangcheng giving him that bag of blessings, was so cute. Their family is adorable and wholesome! 🫂

So many clues hinting that the ML might be the Sect Master's son... But what if he isn't? What if he actually is Wang Jiaxian, and Zhang Dancheng just taught him what he has to say so the Sect Master would think he is? It did look like the ML doesn't know what the name Shangguan Chengming means... But he could just as well be him, and Zhang Dancheng is planning a vile trick on father and son... 🤨🧐The mystery is growing and I am starting to doubt everyone now. I am also suspecting that the Sect Master might not be behind the deaths of Wang Jiaxian's family, because in this episode everything we learned about him pointed to him not being ok with killing innocent people... 🤔P.S. The ideas they have for those schemes to make things look as mystical and divine as possible are insane! A balloon? Really?

He realized who she is, and she understood that he knows. At least I think so. That scene where he burned all those items he had collected over the years gave me the impression of that kind of understanding between them... If I am wrong, I hope they will somehow explain it to me later. 😌Jinqi's mother dying was an emotional scene, but I was super mad at the ladies from the second branch and actually Jinqi's father too... 😤His wife had been ill for God knows how long and he knew nothing, and then he walked in there like nothing had happened, wondering why all the servants were crying so loudly... Insufferable man. 😒But Jinqiao's wife annoyed me the most. She always seemed disappointed with everything she got — gifts were too humiliating, her husband got too little honour, and then more and more of this and that... But now, First Madam died literally minutes ago, and she's already plotting how to get the reins of the household... I hope Lanxiang will be able to keep the role First Madam entrusted to her, but I suspect that if the ladies from the second branch want to involve Old Master, he might have to learn of Lanxiang's true identity. 🤔I just hope they can solve it quietly within the family and there's no big fuss or public announcements to the world, because I think that's not necessary... However, that, of course, would remove the gossip about the Lin family's First Young Madam being born a slave (but the Shens are still considered traitors, so I don't know if that would be better). 🥺

It's such a delight to see how Lanxiang has changed the ways of the Lin family. And her biggest supporter ofc is Jinqi! He loves her so much... 😊 I really loved what he answered Marquis Yuan when asked about not having a son at forty. If only every husband were like that... 🥹I never noticed the relationship Xiuru has with her husband's first daughter. They surprised me in a very good and wholesome way. 🤗 But, honestly, I was a bit disappointed with Marquis Yuan for agreeing to take a concubine, and ofc relieved afterward that it's solved and everyone's satisfied with the result. 😌😮💨I still feel the ripples of that huge time skip we got in the previous episode and I fear it may last until the end. Hopefully not, though... 🤞

The Lu family has to go ASAP — all of them, with the husband and his mother first in line! 😠 Imagine how this kind of rotten family gets to live as they please while the Shen family, Mister Lu's family, and Furong's family got punished so severely? 😤 Those laws are so wrong... Really, do the husband or his family have no responsibility if his wife dies after being beaten by him? 🤦♀️Second Madam really annoyed me here. All her talk about enduring, enduring, enduring... There HAVE to be limits! On everything! (I really hope that seeing how close Xiulan was to suicide after their conversation will put some sense into her!) 😠I am so relieved Xiuwan involved Lanxiang. Our clever girl made sure Jinqi found out what's being done to his half-sister. And the other Lin boys were ready to defend her with fists and sticks... I love how much they care about their siblings/cousins! 🥹🫂And to think that it came down to a difference of one second, or Xiulan would have eaten arsenic... 💔🤧As for Jinqi and Lanxiang... I think everything she learned about him from Xiuwan and seeing with her own eyes how he reacted to Xiulan's situation will soften her attitude towards him. And I really liked seeing them work together on the rescue mission. 😌And her play? It has so many meanings and truths women can relate to... No wonder it's a hit! P.S. This was a heavily emotional episode and it was hard to get through some of the scenes, but I am still giving it all the love I can.

Of all the possible houses, they happened to move into the one that used to be the Shen residence... Really? All the memories flooding Jialan's mind just made me tear up. The little cousin, her parents, all the people she had in her life... 😢🤧And there it was, she said it out loud — she thinks Jinqi relies only on power and takes everything by force, and she dislikes that (I can't blame her, though, especially with the decree and the drugs fresh in everyone's mind). I know he's not like that (maybe sometimes). He has so many other qualities that Lanxiang won't be able to see properly before she stops seeing him as the person from years ago when the Lin family abandoned the Shen family and cancelled the betrothal. 😟But I like that she didn't want to solve the Ji'er indenture problem by using the imperial family again. I know she's well capable of thinking of a way herself. BUT what I did find interesting is that Ji'er's fate is yet again in Zhao Xingtang's hands. I knew we had to meet her again once the plot moves to the capital. But her messing with Lanxiang and not giving her Ji'er back voluntarily and easily will be her own downfall. And this time she might fall harder than before. I am so crossing my fingers for it! 🤞(I know I hoped she would find her happiness and I still do, but she has to stop being this kind of person and her family's pawn before that)And Xiulan's husband? We have to get rid of him somehow ASAP. If their daughter is that afraid of her own father, I won't accept it. And another thing I am afraid of — if he somehow gets that post he wants so much, he might cause trouble for Jinqi eventually because of his incompetence. 😤😠

Ah, the guy WAS the deposed Crown Prince, just as I theorized in my mind! And Jinqi helped him to escape from the city to keep him safe. AND he must be kept safe, because I think if the political storm comes and all the corrupt and power-hungry schemers in high places fall, we might want a good Emperor to sit on the throne. And the deposed Crown Prince might just be the right one. 😌And, OMG, Jier... I never thought I would be so happy to see her again! 🥹 She helped our Lanxiang to escape the brothel. I really hope nothing bad happens to her and she stays safe until Lanxiang can free her from there. 🙏🥺And the cliffhanger... I hope they will see each other, but I worry they might not. 🫣This drama is so awesome, I can't even explain how much I love it so far!

Well, this escalated quickly... 🫣Now there's another rotten family that wants to marry into the Lin family at all costs. Poor Lanxiang won't even know why she has been repeatedly knocked out for different reasons... But I am kind of curious if the kidnapping is really related to the duke family or maybe there's another reason? And knowing that there is that rumour about the deposed Crown Prince hiding somewhere in the city and the guards questioning people about that in the theatrical troupe gives me room for theories. 🤔Thank God Jinqi quickly started looking for Lanxiang. I think he's the most capable of them all to find her! At least Lanxiang managed to leave them a lead to follow — her partly finished drawing of the labourer's face. 🥺🙏Anyway, I think they don't know what they are messing with by kidnapping Lanxiang. Jinqi can be very ruthless and violent in combat as we saw in the early episodes. 😠

I was so proud of our girl that she has become an inspiration for Xiuru to fight for her dreams. And so was Jinqi. 🤗I am kind of relieved that his little scheme to get a house for Lanxiang didn't work. She's very capable and smart and if she earns and gets everything by using her own skills and judgment, that makes it feel so much more rewarding. 😌I liked how well they did with his jealousy. It did look like his eyes were filling with tears, yet he didn't cry. And his gaze — he literally pierced the guy. Yes, Jinqi will have to deal with many "butterflies" now... Nanke was so funny when looking for them. 🤭I didn't expect the time skip, but it makes sense. And we're getting Xiuru and Commander Yuan's wedding sometime soon. I really hope she'll get to thrive as his wife and there will be no trouble from his daughter and the Crown Prince. 🥺

Why do I have a feeling that Cuique might be behind that epidemic? Her medical skills would be so convenient in this situation. And the way she got a bit nervous that Jinqi was not in the house only makes me suspect she and her brother are working with the people behind that big scheme — the one that's going on, but we don't know that much about yet. 🤨Huge praise to Xiuru for finding a way to interrupt Du Zheng and Xiuwan! 👏 It would have been terrible if he had succeeded, but I am sure he will try again if he gets the chance. The only way to stop it completely is if Xiuwan understands how much she's being used. 😒And thank God First Madam understood Lanxiang's sign! I hope all the Lins soon realise they have vipers in the house and start treating the Dus the way they deserve! 🤞🫣
