Cliché...
Okay so let's start with actors: i love the CP and the rest of the crew they did such an amazing jobBut story...
When Than got shot by Pheem i was sure that he will remain mad and won't forgive him BUT GUESS WHAT it has to be only one sad moment when they're apart and then a happy ending. Ngl the ending is really cliché and was kinda painful to watch🫠
Also fact that injuries are healing in like 3 minutes is quite impressive, no scars no nothing, congratulations.
When Peem had a small cut he had it cleaned and he had a band-aid, but when he WAS SHOT IN THE ARM BY HIS SISTER literally nothing happened.
Good start, really interesting story and then a big disappointment at the end🫠🫠🫠

A Storm of Misunderstandings
I actually liked the concept of La Pluie, but the show is full of misunderstandings, unlikable characters, and too many flashbacks. Without the soulmate element—where they can talk to each other whenever it rains even if they’re apart—the series would feel more grounded. It does show the complexity of a relationship between two people, and I appreciated that part.I genuinely enjoyed the first half, but it went downhill afterwards. Usually, I can tolerate unlikable characters if they show growth, but here it felt like Phat was the only one truly invested. He seemed head over heels for Tai, and it came off as a bit unfair.
Characters
Beau:
I’m not a fan of Beau’s character—her behavior is over the top. It’s not the actress’s fault; it’s how the character was written or directed. Why do Thai filmmakers always create supporting characters like this? It’s not funny; it’s just annoying. They should take notes from Japanese or Korean BLs, where supporting characters are usually more grounded.
Lomfon:
For me, Lomfon is also unlikable. He interferes with Phat and Tai’s relationship because he’s interested in Tai and doesn't believe in the soulmate concept. But the moment he discovers he has the same condition, he immediately grabs the chance to tell Tai and tries to pursue him. Even if Phat and Tai weren't soulmates, the connection between them was already clear from their first encounter—before they even knew the truth.
Also, he stopped Jan from finding his brother (Tai) at the camp. That part made me think he either has no siblings or just doesn’t care about them the same way.
Tai:
At first, I liked Tai as a character, but his development went backwards. I couldn’t stand him in episodes 9 and 10 because he lied to Phat. There’s no excuse for that. No matter the reason, a lie is still a lie. After what he did, he still had the nerve to break up with Phat and Phat even ended up begging. It felt so unfair to Phat.
He also knew that Phat was jealous of Lomfon, yet he still kept seeing him. If you truly love someone and you know your partner is jealous or uncomfortable, you should avoid that person—yet Tai didn’t. For me, the closure already happened during their confrontation that night. If he really wanted to reconcile with Phat, he shouldn't have continued entertaining Lomfon at all.
Phat:
I didn’t like that he resorted to violence because it only escalated the situation. He could’ve talked things out calmly with Tai and Lomfon. But I also understand that he was going through a lot emotionally.
The only character I genuinely liked was Tai’s brother—he really stood out throughout the show.
Tai’s family issues were also overwhelming, and the constant flashbacks made it even heavier. For me, they were more of a distraction than a benefit.
Ending
The ending wasn’t what I wanted. I would’ve preferred that Phat didn’t get back together with Tai and instead found someone honest, selfless, and truly loving. It’s been two years since their breakup, yet they reconciled that quickly? It just didn’t feel convincing.
Overall
Overall, the series is okay. It has cute moments, but nothing groundbreaking. What I genuinely liked were the strong performances, great chemistry, beautiful soundtrack, and its production value.

A thrilling and emotionally rich K-drama that keeps you invested till the very last episode
Typhoon TradingTyphoon Trading delivers the classic K-drama intensity but in a fresh, finance-driven setting. The drama mixes high-stakes stock market tension with deep emotional storytelling, making every episode feel like a storm you can’t escape.
The lead character’s journey is written with true K-drama flavor — ambition, heartbreak, betrayal, and that one moment of unexpected softness that melts you instantly. Their chemistry with the supporting cast feels natural, especially during scenes where trust is tested in both business and relationships.
The drama shines the most during its dramatic turning points: market crashes, sudden plot twists, and emotional confrontations that feel straight out of iconic K-drama moments. The background music enhances every scene, from intense boardroom showdowns to quiet late-night reflections.
What makes Typhoon Trading special is how it balances action and emotion. Even if you don’t know trading, the storytelling keeps you hooked. And if you love K-dramas with sharp plots, flawed but lovable leads, and addictive cliffhangers, this one fits perfectly.
Overall: A thrilling and emotionally rich K-drama that keeps you invested till the very last episode.

Lots of pain
I loved how calculating our ML was. And i can't get over the fact that grand tutor ling poisoned his daughter just so the king won't be healed. Glad the our main couple resolved their miscommunication and the fight scenes were great. The lows for me would be perceptor Du. I didn't understand her character the later half of the show and i just started skipping her scenes but she was everywhere. She and Situ Ling from love in the clouds will make a diabolical couple.

A ridiculous series.
I've never seen such a ridiculous series. It's the worst script I've seen lately. I'm not criticizing the director, but the script is terrible. This is unacceptable. They've practically mocked the audience. Especially from episode 21 to 35, it's a series of nonsense. Mistakes, mistakes, the non-existent, a series of illogicalities, unrealistic things. You name it. It's so poorly written. What's the director supposed to do? What's the actors supposed to do? Believe me, if it weren't for these actors, I wouldn't have watched this series. I watched it just to see what would happen and where it would connect. I had a nervous breakdown while watching. It was that bad. It was bad for those who watched and understood. So what, isn't a series made up? If you watch it thinking, "What would happen if it made sense, what would happen if it were closer to reality or farther from reality," you're not watching it anyway. You're having fun. You're joking. I saw people giving it 9 stars. I'm astonished at what they gave it for. I gave it 5 stars, and that's for effort and acting. Believe me, there's not a single consistent point. There's not a single positive frame you can think of. It's that bad. It's that ridiculous. If I gave examples, this criticism would take 5-6 pages. That's why I can't write. A scholar, a wise man, a teacher, whatever you want to call it, rebels in the empire. It completely destroys the empire. Imagine you're a chief or a manager at the lowest level in this institution, overthrowing the company and becoming the boss. You bark orders at everyone, killing and torturing everyone in sight. If you think this makes sense, I'm signing out of here right now. I'll never watch another series, I won't comment, I'll keep my mouth shut, and I'll issue an apology series. I'll bray like a donkey during that apology. By voicemail. I wonder if the screenwriter who wrote this disgrace will apologize to us and bray like a donkey? Let him watch. These are true, these shots were shot well, and he'll say, "Yes, there's absolutely nothing in this that fits the essence." Here's another example: the prince catches this rebellious woman alone and squeezes her throat. He could have killed her. He doesn't. Why? There's no reason. No consequence. This woman, who committed so much evil and rebelled, is imprisoned in a cold palace. The screenwriter is Ugandan, not Chinese? So, are you that far removed from Chinese history? The consequence of rebellion is execution, no matter who it is. Trying to kill the Emperor, or killing the Queen, Prince, Princess—anyone—is also punishable by death. Acting with your eyes wide open is not a sign of madness, anger, or a desire for revenge. This actress, even trying to portray herself as crazy by constantly opening her eyes, is a disaster of a series in itself. This is a shame for the leading actors, the veteran actors. Perhaps if it had been filmed properly. If they had focused a little on making it a bit more decent, it could have been a very good series. I didn't see anything decent. I saw no reality, no semblance of reality, no logic, nothing decent. I watched utter nonsense. I apologize to those reading this for having to write such things. I'm furious. I don't recommend it to anyone. Was this review helpful to you?
How did Ta end up in this production?
All I could utter was "wtf" while I was watching this. There were lots of things that simply didn't make sense at all. If I made a series to make fun of BL as a genre I would probably produce exactly this. I don't even wanna start listing what was lacking because everything was. The kid actor was cute & the only scene I genuinely liked was when Leon got the kid who bullied Lucas to promise that he wouldn't anymore and gave him a fist bump.I am still very befuddled as to what Ta was doing in this series, given that he's a great actor & has starred in very high quality productions by BeOnCloud.
I could see this being fun to watch drunk with a group of friends, so that's why it gets some points from me.

Three men obsessed
I wouldn’t really call this a “romance”. Two of these guys were obsessed with daon and showed extremely TOXIC and MANIPULATIVE personalities. The story itself was fine but the acting was AMAZING. All 4 actors displayed an incredible range of emotions and it made the experience so much better.
I’m so happy we got a happy ending but it was definitely the most unexpected and weirdest bl’s I’ve ever watched

Just incredible.
This is definitely one of the best shows I’ve watched this year and I’ve seen a lot…the cast did an incredible job with their characters. Although we’ve seen a boom in Thai BL (goodness, it doesn’t feel right to call this BL) with good plot in recent years this definitely scratched that itch I’ve been craving since Kinn Porsche & Not Me - so I’m genuinely not surprised that this was so good. BOC never disappoints. I pray they continue giving us these type of GEM!Was this review helpful to you?

Boys playing CEOs
The series has a good guy, a bad guy and a girl. The ML is a spoiled brat that only wants to have a good time and he gets into a fight with another spoiled brat, who becomes the villain. The ML parents come to the police station, but tells him how disappointed they are with him and the father walks away, but the father, rival of the ML's father, of the boy he was fighting gets everyone out.Soon after that, the ML's father, who owns Typhoon Trading, dies and the ML, who idolized his father, as he passes out bonus checks to the five employees he decides to try and save the company. He's attracted to the girl on the bottom rung, who seems to be the most qualified of the five and talks her into helping him.
The series is based on South Korea's IMF bail out in the late '90's when small businesses were going bankrupt and Typhoon Trading was not only having financial trouble, but the 'villain' was doing everything he could to have them go under. That is what became boring, in that one episode the 'villain' would do something, which the next episode they had to fix.
The ML and FL were supposedly the romantic plot, but in reality the supporting cast couple wound up being the couple that had chemistry together.
Overall, I enjoyed the first couple episodes, then he became boring I only watched it hoping it'd get better, which IMO didn't happen.

Very thense, but maybe for the sake of being tense?
This was very intruding, but it felt a bit almost boring because there weren't really any twists, which can be fine of course, it's just that I was looking for something more. The end wasn't very good, the twists was obvious, but somehow a little bit worse. If someone died and then all of a sudden come back like "just kidding" I don't think I could forgive them immediately. Of course, I'd be happy, but even trying to understand I think would be hard, and forgive them? Not really. On another note, I loved Park and Chet's chemistry, because I felt so real. Like I could understand them both, and that's what I love about it.

great story
Queen of Tears is a drama I genuinely liked and appreciated for its emotional storytelling and strong performances. The plot is well-written, the pacing keeps you engaged, and the themes of love, loss, and rebuilding a relationship are handled with depth and sincerity. The chemistry between the leads and the emotional weight of the story made it a memorable watch. However, after everything that came out in the scandal involving the male lead, I wouldn’t rewatch the drama. While I can acknowledge how good it is as a piece of work, that situation changed my feelings about revisiting it.Was this review helpful to you?

Not extraordinary, but it's a nice watch.
Not a lot happens in the first few episodes. I was kind of worried it'd be boring or that we wouldn't get much development until the finale. Luckily, that wasn't the case, and in the end they were a great couple. They were quite cute really. The plot was quite nice, and I did find myself wanting to continue after all. There were only a few things that put me off. First is how stalkerish Taishin is: he kind of idolised Takara in a way that was quite uncomfortable. Luckily, there was proper character development on that.
Takara was also super nonchalant. I can almost count the amount of times he smiled on one hand.
The drama was also a little vague: I can't exactly tell when Takara actually started liking Taishin...
Overall it was a nice watch, but nothing fancy. If you like the plot and the "popular nonchalant guy x shy awkward guy" trope, I'd for sure recommend it :))

Sweet continuation of their love story
This is just 2 episodes filled with sweetness about their relationship after the series ends. A vieuw in their lives together.Like the series this had beautiful visuals and music.
The acting and chemistry was great and it had amazing kiss and bed scenes.
I liked the second couple a little bit more in this, but i still felt no connection with them.

Great remake!
After the Japanese remake of Love in the air, i was quite afraid this remake would be just as dissapointing. But oh!, they did not dissapoint! This was done so great, maybe even beter than the original? The music and visuals were beautiful.
The acting was great, the chmistry very good and amazing kisses and bed scenés.
One thing i didn't like was the second couple, there was no chemistry and the acting felt emotionless.
But definatly a series to watch, you won't be dissapointed.
